Take pleasure in luxury overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in one of Aqua's largest three-bedroom and three-bathroom layouts, 1,823 sq. ft, that has been extensively remodeled to give you the desired beach getaway! Enjoy two complimentary sets of beach chairs during March through October!

This 18th floor vibrant condo has been beautifully thought out to give you the comforts of home, luxury, and the beach! The kitchen has beautiful white granite counter tops, and accented backsplash to be cohesive with the navy-blue color scheme throughout. It is complete with stainless-steel appliances featuring a wine cooler and Keurig. Enjoy exquisite views of the Gulf of Mexico from this cozy living room oasis that features two electric recliners, a comfortable plush couch, and a mounted flat screen TV. Walking into the opulent master suite, it includes a king bed, mounted flat screen smart TV, private terrace access, and is complete with a large en-suite bathroom that highlights both a double vanity with LED mirror lighting and a walk-in shower. This master bathroom is finalized with a spacious walk-in closet. Tucked away from the foyer area are two guest bedrooms and a shared bathroom that features a walk-in shower. Aside from the foyer will include a closet with a stackable washer and dryer. The first guest bedroom includes a queen bed with a mounted flat screen smart TV with a private terrace while the secondary bedroom includes a full-size bed, mounted flat screen smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a stand-in shower.

The balcony and view were spectacular. The only thing that bothered us was that one of the beach attendants was quite rude. The other two guys down there were very nice though.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 5th time at Aqua and 2nd time in this unit. Floors were very dirty (everyone had black feet) and there was no soap in any of the bathrooms or kitchen. Air conditioning did not work for a day and a half. Overall, I like this condo and location but for the price we paid I would expect floors to be mopped, some soap, and not the be left with no air conditioning for over a day. It was HOT.

Fabulous Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This became one of my favorite condos quickly! Lots of upgrades, decorated beautifully for a beach feel. Comfortable furniture, smart TVs, heated bathroom seats, make up mirror, and the outdoor porch space was perfect! I wasn’t a fan of taking all the bathtubs out and replacing with showers only and the door locks gave me an unsafe feeling. You should be able to lock yourself inside while sleeping, especially since the Aqua has outdoor elevators on street level for easy access. During our stay, the Aqua had the beach access area under construction. Overall, I would recommend this condo and would stay here again!

All 3 of the bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and clean and the 3 bathrooms were absolutely amazing. They had everything you needed in this condo and it was beautifully decorated. 10/10 would recommend.

Great condo!

We love the condo!! It was our second stay there. The kitchen is equipped great! It’s in a great location. Love the way it’s decorated. Nice balcony and comfortable balcony furniture. No issues at all.

The stay that never happened....

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to find the balconies blocked off with wood in the doors prohibiting us from accessing the balconies. Keep in mind it’s December and balcony would be used rather than going down to beach bc of frigid weather. Plastic was up on balcony rails obstructing ocean view. All you could hear were the jackhammers working on the exterior of the building. Things were literally shaking on the walls. I contacted office about this, and they stated they sent email in October notifying me of construction -which I never received. Yet they called me the day prior to my arrival regarding the unsigned rental agreement. Looks like they could have picked up the phone to call about the construction as well. Owner wouldn’t give refund since I had purchased travel insurance, SO HOUR COMPANY told me to file claim with RedSky Insurance. They denied the claim and told me I would have to deal directly with Aqua. Now you state since I filed a claim-AS YOU INSTRUCTED ME TO DO-your hands are tied and you can’t do anything !!!so I am out $2500 and didn’t even stay one night at your resort !!

Paradise in Panama City Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn't have found a more ideal place! This condo is so beautifully decorated, upscale, full of light and the furniture and beds were so comfortable. We loved the location, spaciousness, pristine condition and the incredible views; we also loved seeing dolphins right from the deck. Being able to take just a few steps down to the clean, white sandy beach was incredibly convenient. We did venture out to some local restaurants(within walking distance), although we really didn't need to because we had everything we could want in the kitchen, including the wine cooler. The overall layout was perfect and having 3 very luxurious, modern bathrooms was ideal.We had excellent customer service and speedy responses when we had questions. Without a doubt, I will be back to this condo again and highly recommend it to others - but be forewarned: you won't want to leave. Everything exceeded my expectations!

My favorite thing by far was the breathtaking views of the Gulf. This condo is stocked to the max with everything you need if you decide to cook in and it’s all in perfect shape not used up like most units stock. Beds are super comfortable! The decor in the unit is beautiful as well. Checkin process was flawless. Hope to be back in 1801 next year as well!!

Beautiful 5 star Decor with Amazing Updates

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, for the unit itself is gorgeous! Everything to the smallest detail was amazing. It was VERY clean! Amazing views. We had the master suite, and I cannot say enough nice things about it! The decor was something out of House Beautiful, or Southern Living. Definitely a wow moment! You could eat off the floors when we first got there! A consideration that should be noted for guest staying in the other rooms are the Karaoke Bar that is across the street. The music goes on until 10 or 11 pm. A lot of people can't sing. The glass doors do shut out a lot of the noise, but it is a distraction.Another consideration is though the unit comes with 4 lounge chairs at the beach, the lounge chair man (guy with a pony tail and beard) is very grouchy, and put us to the third row. We were unable to move up. We really approached him friendly, and he didn't budge. I overheard later that week we were there that other people found him difficult to work with as well. He was rude enough that I inquired with the manager of the Condominium, and she sheepishly said she never had that type of report about him. One was left with an impression that wasn't entirely the case, but what can you do? The manager herself wasn't a warm fuzzy person. I am sure she probably hears many complaints, because she had a very closed off body language and didn't seem all that welcoming of questions or concerns. However, the front receptionist was a delight. She was so helpful and really tried to go out of her way to find out answers. Customer service was her forte!!!! Don't leave anything there. I accidentally left some skin care there, and I think it was tossed. Also, make sure you go to the Walmart which is just a half mile east for everything. The single ply toilet paper leaves something to be desired. Also, there are not condiments, or cleaning items. If you want to sit closer to the ocean buy some cheap chairs from Walmart. I would stay there

All 3 bathrooms had great showers in them. The 3 balconies were great. The outdoor furniture was comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. We couldn’t find anything wrong. We are already booked to stay again next May!
