*Please note this building is downtown and is located behind a restaurant. Some noise is possible.

*Please be aware that the bathroom in the upper unit is solely accessed by passing through the queen bedroom (see floor plan at end of photo queue).

*There is a unit directly below, some noise also possible. Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8am and keep late night noise at a reasonable level.
