Mulit-family home just minutes from Lake Guntersville
Large, fully renovated home with an open floor plan. Main level features living room/dining space with gas fireplace, large fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an eat-in kitchen, dedicated laptop ready workspace, 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths and laundry room with full sized washer/dryer. Access the large covered front porch or large covered/screened back porch from the main level, both with seating. Downstairs offers a game room, 1 full bath, 2 bedrooms with additional sleeping on pull out sleeper sofa and futon. There is a dedicated children's space with a reading nook as well as 4 Roku TVs for your entertainment.

Outside features ample parking with a circle drive that leads to covered parking for 4 boat/trucks. Each awning has lights and power. Seating around firepit, gas grill and pergola.

This was an awesome experience from start to finish. The host was very responsive to my questions. Check-in was a breeze. The house is gorgeous, exactly as described, and equipped with nearly everything you could need. Laundry on-site was very helpful. No down products in the house (one of my teammates has an allergy so this was great.) The neighborhood was quiet. What more is there? I highly recommend!!!

Our group has been going to Guntersville for 15 years. This is our first stay at this property. There is 10 of us. It was great, five fishing boats plenty of beds clean close to everything on the lake.

Comfortable & welcoming!

We stayed here for 5 nights for a youth retreat. The home is charming and so clean! We couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations and location. The layout of the home is perfect for large group and there was plenty of indoor/outdoor space for fun and relaxation.

Exactly as Advertised

We just stayed for 4 nights at this property and it is exactly as advertised. The property is clean, very well appointed and so spacious. Mandi, the host, was easy to communicate with and offered a couple of great suggestions for a boat rental. We had a great stay!

Great property near the lake

Great property near the lake. Our family of 15 stayed here over memorial weekend and it was perfect. Spacious and enough beds and rooms for everyone. We enjoyed the outdoor patio in the evenings. We had a small mishap with the alarm but the owner was quick to respond and take care of it. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family stay

The property itself was perfect for our stay. There was plenty of room. It was very clean and comfortable. The initial entrance into the property was a bit concerning (neighbors at the top of the hill) but once on the property, we felt safe and were very comfortable.

Perfect setup for large group!

Perfect for my husband’s fishing club.

My husband goes on an annual man’s trip each year and this property was perfect for them. There was a covered carport to park the boats and the owners were super helpful with any question they had. Plan on booking again next year!

The house was perfect for a group of friends to play golf all Weekend. There is plenty of room.

ABT Classic trip

We came down from Illinois for the ABT Classic. The house was great plenty of room for everyone. The boat awnings was great for our boats especially since we did receive some storms while we were there. Also Mandi our host also texted me to make sure we were taking cover cause there was a tornado warning. I greatly appreciate it. Had a wonderful time. Thanks

Amazing House/Amazing Host

Mandi was amazing! She answered emails promptly and assisted with any and all questions in a timely manner. The house and property was beautiful just as the pictures show. Would definitely stay here again!

Best House on the Lake

We have stayed at a lot of different homes for our fishing trips to lake Guntersville and this one was by far the best one yet. Boat parking was the best part, the home was also amazing as well. We will be back in the fall and spring next year, as well as every year afterwards. Thank You!

Came for Niece’s Wedding

We arrived at night and the house was so well lit and welcoming! It was large enough & spacious enough so that everyone was comfortable. The pool table and fire pit were big hits, but the front and back porches were the favorites! We were able to pull off wedding central, a small family reunion and a peaceful retreat all in the same house! Mandi was such a wonderful host and responded quickly and efficiently when there an issue with the front door. We were all coming from around the U.S. and Camp Shultz was a great place to stay.

Mini Family Reunion

In town to put our parents to rest. 3 families with 2 children each. All 12 of us had plenty of space and the house was very clean. My kids loved learning how to play pool in the basement. I enjoyed some quiet time on the back porch before anyone else was awake. Automatic front door lock was a little awkward at first. But in retrospect it was nice to not have to worry about that. Careful not to put in the code incorrectly too many times or the alarm will sound! I did have to mark off points for the neighbors. And we had a couple of dogs wandering about the property a couple of times. Even with the above, we would recommend this stay for folks who have multiple families. If we want to visit the area again, we will look to see if this place is available.

Family Wedding Gataway

Sometimes when booking a property you wonder if it will live up to your expectations and the photos. This place exceeded all of them! Every member of our family from the infant, the children, the teen, and the young adults LOVED this location!! It was quiet, secluded and felt like home! The only reason I gave 4 stars on location was because our event was in Huntsville. It was still only 25-30 minutes away. The same length of time it takes to go from one side of town to the other. Our family doesn’t like the hustle and bustle of the city anyway! We did love the town of Guntersville! We definitely want to come back just to be able to check out more of the area. I know exactly where we will be staying!! Oh, I forgot, if you were wondering about the property manager’s response time, she literally was there in an instant!! Of course we only had to contact her during the check in and when we departed because everything was so throughly explained. This trip made many wonderful memories for our family that I will always cherish!! ❤️
