The space

This seaside complex consists of 5 independent maisonette villas, each offering unobstructed sea views, direct beach access, and a shared pool overlooking the Ionian Sea. A jetty is also available for boat mooring, adding an extra touch of convenience and exclusivity.

In detail
The 4-bedroom villas (175 m²) and the 5-bedroom villa (200 m²) are spread across three levels, each designed to offer space, privacy, and spectacular views of the Ionian Sea.

1st Level
The ground floor includes two separate double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. These bedrooms follow a walkthrough design, meaning one bedroom is accessed via the other or through the balcony door, if open - a practical layout ideal for families or close friends traveling together.
The 5-bedroom villa also features an additional twin bedroom with a separate exterior entrance and private bathroom.

2nd Level - Main Living Area
The main level features a bright living room, a dining area, and a full kitchen suitable for preparing light meals. A full bathroom with a washing machine is also found on this level.
Large windows and balconies offer panoramic views, while the outdoor dining areas provide the perfect setting for enjoying meals against a stunning sea backdrop.

3rd Level
The top floor offers two additional double bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a balcony with sweeping sea views. For added comfort, guests can make use of the full bathroom on the 2nd level, minimizing sharing during group stays.

Lastly, the newly added 2-bedroom beach suite (55 m²) sits just a few steps from the shore and combines modern design with unmatched proximity to the sea. It features two ensuite double bedrooms, a cozy living area with a sofa bed for an additional guest, and a kitchenette with a dining table.
Outside, a spacious shaded terrace offers a private outdoor dining area.
For complete privacy, all doors and windows are made with reflective two-way glass, allowing guests to enjoy the view without being seen from the outside.
