In April 2025, we added two king size beds, one in the front bedroom downstairs that used to have two twin beds and one in the upstairs master (pictures will be updated soon).

We have just finished updating/renovating/remodeling this house in 2024. All new bathrooms downstairs (3), new flooring upstairs, new deck, updated outside shower, new artwork. Located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway in prestigious North Bethany, this gated community offers oceanfront and oceanside multilevel vacation homes with easy access to a private beach. Enjoy a game of tennis or soak up the sun on the deck. Conveniently located to downtown Bethany Beach where you can enjoy casual or fine dining, boardwalk activities or shopping. No Pets Please.

Enjoy this oceanfront multilevel vacation home in Sea Del Estates in north Bethany. Level one has an outside shower, other areas are for private use. Level two has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, laundry room, living, dining, kitchen area and large oceanfront deck on the front and entry deck. Level three has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

June 1 - September 15 require a 7 night minimum. Check in and check out on Fridays (except for this August). If you would like to book for less than 7 nights outside of these dates, please send a message with the dates you would like to book.

GREAT STAY, GREAT HOUSE, GREAT HOST

Thank you for an amazing week at the beach. The house is beautiful - right on the beach - clean and modern furnishings. We had 4 generations staying at the house and it was perfect for everyone. We had one issue with one of the toilets and our host so incredibly responsive that it was fixed within 3 hours. Thank you for hosting us - it was just PERFECT!!!!!!

Lovely ocean front view of ocean. Very clean house with well appointed kitchen. Access to the beach was right by our side. Many nice bathrooms and bedrooms.

This house and stay were absolutely beautiful! The rooms were very nice and tidy and having access to the beach was amazing! Michael was extremely responsive and super helpful in answering our questions and informing us of any updates. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone who is looking to get away and relax with beautiful views of the ocean!

Paradise in Bethany Beach

This was one of the best houses we ever rented. It looks great in the pictures, but in person, it is even better. The house had everything we needed for a great trip and was incredibly clean. The views are amazing, and one evening we even had whales breaching in front of the house for almost 30 minutes. Communication with the owners was always prompt and helpful. The location is tranquil and secluded, yet close to everything. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to be right on the beach.

Right on the ocean

Lovely home that makes you feel you are on the beach even if the weather prevents it. We enjoyed our stay and all of the upgrades that had been done to the property.

The house was amazing: clean, newly renovated, great location and a beautiful view. Landlord was accessible and responsive. Can not recommend the stay enough. We will be back next year

Great house

Wonderful huge ocean front deck enclosed and safe for young children. 4 of 5 baths recently renovated. Very functional kitchen living area although a bit small for our group of 14.

Great Stay

Overall, we had a great vacation. Beach was lovely and all necessary beach items were there for use. House was spacious for all of us (2 families). We didn't feel cramped at all. Very comfortable. A few minor things but nothing that took away from our stay. It's a beautiful house and great location! Would definitely go back again.

Fantastic Location and Property

We rented this property for two weeks during June 2024. the house is located on a private beach, with perfect views and very private community and beach. The house is fantastic, really everything we could have hoped for, and more. A large, open LR/open kitchen and a very large ocean-facing outdoor deck accompanied by 6 BRs/5BAs was great for our family. everything was clean, in perfect working order - we had the most relaxing, fun stay here. Thanks to the host and property manager - they were terrific throughout. i'd highly recommend staying at this property!

SeaDel is a beautiful and well appointed property with a fantastic location. The views and beach access can’t be beat. Our group of adults and children were well accommodated by the number of bedrooms and bathrooms that are all newly updated. Common areas were very comfortable. Access to beach chairs and bbq a plus ! Thanks to the host and local property manager for ease of communication before our stay and with questions during the stay which were met with immediate responses. Definitely met and exceeded expectations and would book again.

Great home and location

During our Spring Break getaway, six adults and three children occupied this spacious house. Each individual enjoyed the luxury of their own bedroom and bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all. The shared areas provided ample room for everyone to gather and relax. The pristine cleanliness of the house was remarkable. We also appreciated the brand new deck, outdoor furniture, and gas grill, which enhanced our outdoor experience. On windy days, we engaged in tennis and basketball activities as an alternative to beachside outings. In summary, our stay at this house was fantastic, providing us with a memorable and enjoyable experience.

First family vacation

We were very impressed with every aspect of this home. We had one question for the host and it was answered immediately with a very friendly phone call. The house is very nice and extremely clean. The private beach is a game changer, as well as the fenced in deck that overlooks the ocean. The neighborhood is very private and quiet. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to bring your own beach umbrella and chairs. The ones at the house somewhat dated. I would also make sure to read the HOA rules as no beach tents are allowed on the beach. Other than that, very impressed.

The Perfect House

This house checked all of our boxes and more! Our group consisted of moms/daughters/grandchildren, ages 18 months to 80! We had plenty of room to spread out and lots of bathroom space. If you were in the living room/dining/kitchen you were never left out of the conversation. The bedrooms were far enough away to give the nappers a bit of peace and quiet. The bedroom off of the living room was pretty much sound proof. The views from all the entire downstairs are stunning. We had a day of rain and enjoyed watching the angry ocean. The kitchen is well stocked and very organized. We had all of the necessary items to cook each day. The toddlers loved playing on the deck. It is completely enclosed so no worry about stairs. It was great for playing with a beach ball or just sitting and enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. We rent in this area each year and we all agreed this was the best house we have rented with the most impressive views. We look forward to renting again in the future!

I would rent again

Our family of 13 people used this property. It had plenty of space. No one felt cramped. This was the first time we were able to be directly on the beach. It was fantastic. You essentially have your own private beach. You are a short drive (3-4 minutes) to Bethany. It was easy to jog down to the boardwalk or up toward the inlet. The property has recently been updated. It was spotless. The living spaces face the beach/ocean. You have a 100% of the time view of the ocean. It feels like you are on the beach even when you are in the house. It was so nice to go back and forth several times a day to swim. Most of all, was the lack of dragging sand into the house or car. There is an outside shower and hose that takes care of that. The steps are a little daunting if you have any senior family that are weak. Just be aware of that. The front steps are the only way into the house. I think the best thing you can say of a place is that you would rent it again. These rentals are not cheap by any means. That being said, I would definitely rent this property again. Best thing we’ve done as a family in a long time!

The BEST beach front house!

I could not be happier with our stay! The house is directly on the beach with a very easy walk over a wooden sidewalk over the dune onto a private beach with a lifeguard! The beach was wide/deep with lots of room so that you felt like you had tons of privacy even if there were other families there. Our 5 yo and 7 yo easily went back and forth from the house to the beach all throughout the day. The house itself was immaculately cleaned and very comfortable for the 11 in our family. The main living room, dining room and kitchen were roomy and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The deck overlooking the ocean was also big enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The house is located on a quiet street lending to lots of privacy and is a quick and easy drive to the Bethany Boardwalk (about 5 mins) and grocery and beer stores (less than 10 mins). Tons of great restaurants in the vicinity. Rehoboth Outlets were about 20 mins away depending on the traffic. As someone who hates traffic, the house was in a perfect location. Lastly, the host was very responsive and helpful and the checkout process was simple and easy. Since I myself never trust a completely positive review, I wanted to include some negatives (which were very minor): 1. the downstairs baths for the queen rooms were a bit outdated; 2. out of the 6 bedrooms, 2 people mentioned their beds were too hard. We would be hard pressed to stay anywhere else in the future!

Our family has been vacationing in North Bethany Beach, DE for more than 30 years. We love the sound of the waves crashing on the beach and the 180 degree ocean view. We love family game night around the dining table or finding a quiet room to read a book. Cooking together in the kitchen, grilling out on the deck, cocktails in the evening on the beach, and long lingering walks down the beach looking for that perfect sea shell...that is our idea of a family vacation.

North Bethany Beach is like stepping back in time to what family vacations used to be. Beautiful broad beaches with lots of room to stretch out and enjoy the peacefulness of a private beach. If you go down to the public beach in Bethany, you will see beach towels touching beach towels, umbrellas touching umbrellas, etc. When you step out on the deck of our house, you can see your family down on the beach, with only a few people around.
