Welcome to SWEET SUNSET! Right across the street from the Gulf of America! Thomas Drive perfect location with privacy! Single family home one level and big backyard oasis. Two family rooms with huge space and sectionals. Youll never feel crowded. This is perfect for team trips, families or couples. Located in a quiet area, 5 minute walk/2 blocks from beach access so no searching for parking. Game room with pacman/galaga game and full poker/game table in recreation room!! Large fenced in outdoor gathering area with large casita type bench and gazebo perfect for relaxing, grilling or playing games and your own sandy beach (which the kids love). This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with living room, recreation room with full double pullout bed and dining room. Smart TVs in every room with DISH and internet included. Kitchen is stocked. Towels, sheets and essentials are provided. All basic amenities are provided-washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Large driveway with parking for up to 5 cars. Owners are local and supply start up supplies and great guest book with recommendations for the area. We want our guests to have an awesome relaxing vacation and you won't have to worry about hassles with property companies-we manage and assist our guests ourselves if needed. Our home is across the street from the beach directly across from Rick Seltzer Park beach entrance so easy access to the beach. Walking distance to beach (5min) and many restaurants, putt putt, slingshot. Within 3 miles of St Andrews state park, Ripleys, Wonderworks, waterpark, Schooner's, Pineapple Willys and the zoo! Pier Park is 8 miles away. We hope you love PCB and look forward to you staying with us!l

Fantastic property!!

My family (7) and I had a wonderful time staying here. The owner was available for anything I needed which ended up being nothing, because the stay went very smoothly. The home is beautiful and in a great location. We spent most of our stay at St. Andrew’s State Park, so the location was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Will definitely book again in the future! Thanks Amy!

Amazing property, great location

Beautiful home, great location just a couple blocks from the beach that is easily walked. Stayed with my family, 6 adults and 3 grandkids (3,5 & 8) and had plenty of room for everyone. This was my first time renting a vacation home (I usually Hotel it), and the Host was amazing helping me through it. The home was beautifully done, large living and dining area with a full size kitchen. Had all the stuff one would expect at home. The game room was a hit with the kids with the arcade game and myself as well as i enjoyed the old style videos games of my youth. There were plenty of TVs to keep all the kids busy and they could watch their own shows. The back patio is great for hanging out at night and the kids absolutely loved the back yard beach. Very close to other activities (Wonder Works, putt putt, and shopping) in the area usually less than a 5 min drive. You will definitely will love this place.

Felt right at home

This was a fantastic home to be in for our 2 week vacation. Modern and clean with everything you could ever want. Felt just like home. Would definitely recommend.

New Favorite Place

This house was perfect for our family trip. Beds were comfortable. The game room area came in handy for all of us to hang out on the couch and play games around the poker table. Kitchen was well stocked and provided us with the ability to cook. Everything was very clean. We really hope to be able to stay here again in the coming years.

Wow what a great vacation home! Pictures don’t do it justice-so nice This is a very spacious home. Amy and Jim thought of everything and very easy to communicate with! Well decorated with all needs met. Beds are comfy and extra pillows and towels provided. You will have a newly stocked kitchen for 10, Second living room with poker table, large connect four, Jenga pac man and board games. The two large living rooms give families or groups their own space. Details were thought of in every room -beach towels, a book with all events, and activities/restaurants, smart tv with streaming. Cleanest home we have ever rented. Outside is definitely the winner for us with a very large sitting/lounging bench with pergola , grill and table and with palm tree yard sand box with white beach sand. The kids LOVED it. We could also walk right over to the beach no problem via the park access and the driveway easily large enough for 4 cars. We will be returning next year!

AMAZING!!!!!! Stay here if you like clean, spacious, and comfy!!

Everything about our stay was PERFECT! The pictures do not do this place justice as it is even more gorgeous in person! Extremely spacious even with 6 adults and several kids, very clean, and comfortable! The separate living/game room was amazing and the perfect area for the adults to play games after the kids went down at night. The backyard is adorable! The owners were super friendly and helpful! This is the only place I have ever stayed in in Florida without seeing a single bug!! Everything was perfect!!

We decided to make PCB our home in 2014. We are so excited to have our home here in Panama City beach and wanted to have a rental property that would be just what we would like to stay in on our vacations before we moved here. We try to think of everything you need.

This area is on the ‘quieter’ side of the beach off Thomas Dr. This slice of heaven is between the gulf and the bay less than 5 minute walk to either.
