Neighborhood is quiet, family friendly and protected by 24 hours by security guards. There is a pool is the neighborhood, basketball court, and play ground for the kids. It is a warm and inviting neighborhood.

It is nestled away from the highway and all the typical loud noises such as animal sounds or motorbikes are night are not present. It is completely safe with 24 hour guard at the entrance as well as a pool, basketball court, and other various amenities for the family.
