The home is split into two separate upstairs wings, each with multiple bedrooms and a full bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for larger groups. The pool house provides two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for multi-generational stays or extended families.

Please Note
- This is a historic Saugatuck cottage. The beautiful floors are original (some of the wallpaper too), some doorways are a bit narrow, and it's full of charm and character throughout.
- The swimming pool and hot tub are to be used at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
- The bedrooms above the kitchen are at the end of the line for central heating and cooling. Wall unit AC and space heaters are provided during the summer months to keep you comfortable.
- The grill is located in the driveway of the home. Due to local fire department regulations, the grill cannot be moved to the pool deck.
