Make this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo your next vacation rental. With ample natural light and a unique floor plan, this unit welcomes you in from the moment you step inside. The first thing you'll notice is the newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops that glide you straight into the open living room/dining room area. With a plush sofa and matching loveseats, you're sure to find lots of comfort and relaxation in this bright space. To the left of the kitchen, you'll find the master suite with a queen size bed and a newly remodeled tiled walk-in shower. The lighthouse themed guest room is equipped with one twin and one full-size bed, with both bedrooms having closet space and TVs. The brightly colored hall bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo in case you need a relaxing soak after a long day playing in the sand. You can enjoy your meals at the dining room table, the three-person breakfast bar or on the furnished, private balcony. Or why not have a poolside BBQ using one of our outdoor community grills!
When you head down to the beach you'll instantly see why our white sand beaches are so famous. Our rolling waves and bright warm sun make for a perfect day filled with sand castle building, beach lounging and long swims in the Gulf of Mexico. If you forgot your beach chairs, it's no worries! You'll find a beachside rental company with chairs and umbrellas just waiting for your arrival. If you need a break from the beach, why not wash off under one of our outdoor showers and take a dip in our community pool. When you're finished without your outdoor adventures, take the conveniently located elevator back up to your unit and don't forget to put those wet beach towels in the washer/dryer located next to the guest bath so they'll be fresh and ready for your next trip down to the beach.
Also, please be mindful of our Leave Nothing But Footprints program. The island is our home, its white sand beaches and the warm Gulf of Mexico- our livelihood. Join us in continuing sustainable travel practices and protecting the beaches, marine life and wildlife by removing beach gear no later than one hour after sunset each day. Pet friendly- 1 Pet is the max allowed and must be added to your reservation at booking. There are no exceptions to the 1 animal limited. Cats are not allowed.
Check in time is 4pm- No exceptions
2 cars is the max allowed for all reservations. Passes are $45 for each vehicle up to 2. One pass is included in the reservation total. It is the guests responsibility to make alternate arrangements offsite for any extra vehicles.

Guests are responsible for beach towels. The bath towels that we provide are for in unit use only and should not be taken to the beach or pool. Charges will apply for missing or damaged towels and/or linens.

Don't forget to bring:
While Starfish provides each reservation with the initial starter kit of supplies (listed above) to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Starfish Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy:
Every cancellation is subject to a $175 Cancellation Fee.
Cancel outside of 30 days of arrival: guest will receive 100% refund of funds paid to SVR minus $175
Cancel within 30 days of arrival: guest will forfeit 50% of SVR reservation total plus $175
Cancel within 14 days: guest will forfeit 100%
