Our neighborhood is one of Tampa’s older, authentic communities with a local, urban feel—“so Tampa.” It’s not a polished suburb, but it’s convenient, welcoming, and full of character. Like any city area, we recommend normal common sense (lock your car, be mindful at night). Many of our guests find it safe, friendly, and a true taste of Tampa life.

the host was very helpful at all times and the amenities were absolutely amazing, we were pleaseantly surprised at how modern, clean and very very convenient the location was to just about anything or anywhere we wanted to go and do. Recommend to anyone!

Beautiful, Luxurious, and Comfortable

When we arrived, we were stunned at how beautiful and clean the home was. It is exactly how it is pictured in the listing, and the hosts really did think of anything that could be needed and had it ready and available. Checking in and out was a breeze, I cannot recommend this stay enough, and I would be so pleased if I was able to stay here again in the future. Thank you for making my trip with my friends such a treat!

Loved the accommodations, the design and cleanliness are above par. There was a mix up, the cleaning crew showed up a day early. I ensured the owner was notified.

We loved our stay at this house! Clean, and beautiful, this house is a gem! It’s also close to Busch Gardens and downtown Tampa for a night out. Check in was easy and painless and our host was responsive!

Not a vacation stay

We selected this home based on the location to Moffitt Cancer Center and the ability to bring our dogs. The inside was very clean and nicely decorated. I did end up needing to purchase a can opener (the 2 there were both broken) and a cutting board along with a couple of cereal bowls (only 2 were on premise). That was really no big deal but was worth noting. The outside was a different situation. There were numerous items left scattered about (bug spray containers, etc.) Also, the lawn was in desperate need to be mowed so picking up after our dogs was challenging. During the overnight hours on one of the nights there, loud music was playing for about an hour appearing to come from a street over. Overall this location was very convenient and we were grateful to have our dogs there with us during our stay for my husbands treatment.

Great property, especially if you have a the kids and pets. Parks are close, beach isnt too far. The master bathroom is fantastic. Just a great place.

Beautiful Place with all the comforts of home

The house was everything the pictures showed and more! Very clean with everyday essentials provided. It is the perfect place to wind down after being out and about while on vacation. Perfect for families. We very much enjoyed the outside sitting areas as well. Thank you again Lesly for opening your home to us. We will definitely keep you in mind when we plan to return.

Move in day for USF students

We stayed at this house in June for USF orientation and rebooked it to bring our daughter up for college love the house/yard enjoyed this house very much and my puppy loves the yard. We will be back in the future!! ❤️❤️

USF Orientation

We booked the house so we could take our daughter to USF Orientation and wanted to be near by, but not stay in a hotel. It was perfect for us with our pup and family love the house closed in back yard the house was roomy and enjoyed the kitchen we cooked dinner for the family before the big college day, we even booked it again for the day we bring her back up to check into college.
