A well-appointed fully renovated truly beachfront condo in a low-density community. Enjoy all the activities of this amazing beach town without all the crowds. Unobstructed gulf views while sitting in your living room, kitchen, bedroom, or your private balcony. No long treks with gear in tow to find a spot at the beach or crossing any streets. Beach service is just steps from your condo!

Daily seasonal beach service is included when you stay with us and is offered from March through October(a $45/day value).

The space
This top-floor coastal-inspired 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo can easily sleep up to 6 with a King bed in the primary bedroom and 3 Full-size beds in the second bedroom. Aloha Kai is located on the sixth floor and has been beautifully renovated from top to bottom. You will find thoughtful extras throughout like a separate fridge for drinks, a separate ice maker for drinks, Culligan filtered water system in the kitchen, a dedicated work area, mounted Smart TVs, an induction stovetop, and a full-size washer/dryer all available to our guests. We understand today's travelers and have placed multiple charging stations in each room to allow for easy charging of multiple devices. All of this and you can stay here to enjoy the serene sights of this famous beach with its powdery white sand and sparkling emerald waters!

The Primary Bedroom - has a view of the Gulf of Mexico from all windows, a King bed, Pottery Barn furniture throughout, a full-length mirror, a dedicated workspace with surge protector, ceiling fan, sound machine, USB power strip, attached full bathroom, and a mounted 50" Smart TV with cable TV included

The Primary Bathroom - has a tiled walk-in shower, custom vanity, quartz countertop, hand shower and shower head option, and a large backlit mirror with 2 light settings

The Second Bedroom - custom built-in Full-size bed, custom built-in Full-size bunks with personal lights and outlets for charging devices, a full-length mirror, large closet, USB power strip, and 50" mounted Smart TV with cable TV included

The Second Bathroom - Spacious vanity area with plenty of counter space, custom cabinetry, quartz countertop, mounted vanity mirror, backlit mirror with 2 light settings, multiple hooks so everyone can hang their towels and a tiled tub/shower combination with hand shower and shower head option

The Living Room Area - wall-to-wall windows with sliding glass door for a full view of the sea & sand, 2 extra deep single cushion sofas, a large ottoman, a cabinet full of games, puzzles, & books, and a 50" mounted Smart TV with cable TV included

The Dining Area - Pottery Barn dining table with a bench and 2 chairs (plus 2 additional ottomans are available), view of the Gulf while dining

The Kitchen - All new major appliances (including an induction stovetop), quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, pantry, separate drawer fridge for drinks with a bottom drawer ice maker, Culligan filtered water, fully stocked with various small appliances & kitchen tools, Hexclad cookware, under counter lighting, washer/dryer tower with ample detergent provided

The Balcony - Direct beach and gulf views with no obstructions, private, Polywood outdoor furniture throughout, dining table with seating for up to 5, sun lounger with side table for drinks, and 2 beach chairs available for use year-round

Included amenities: Free WiFi & cable TV, daily beach set-up (2 chairs and an umbrella) during the months of March-October (a $45 per day value!)

THIS location seriously can't be beaten! – You are minutes from a surf shop, grocery store, antiquing, outlet mall, upscale shopping, entertainment, activities, golf, biking/walking path, and of course some amazing restaurants.

You will find a variety of restaurants from casual to upscale within minutes of your condo. In fact, you can easily walk to 2 beachfront restaurants without needing to drive, talk about convenience! Your options will include Mexican, Italian, Greek, Thai, Filipino, Vietnamese, Indian, Chinese, American, and multiple fast food restaurants (including Chik-Fil-A).

Before finalizing your reservation be sure you agree to sign our rental agreement which is fairly basic but goes over some important house and community rules.

Departure instructions – we kindly request that our guests remove all trash and food, start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes, and launder any used pool towels. Mahalo for your assistance!

Guests have access to the entire condo during their stay and all amenities provided on-site by the community. The only inaccessible part of the condo will be the owner's closet and a cabinet in the master bathroom.

Aloha Kai is cleaned by a locally operated professional cleaning company.
