This beautiful condo has a soothing coastal living feel with happy beach colors as well as breathtaking views from a private fifth-floor balcony. The kitchen has been upgraded with upscale countertops and a beautiful backsplash, new appliances, white cabinetry as well as everything you need to make your favorite beach meal and snack. The living area has been recently updated with a new sofa and loveseat and offers a large TV with DVD player. The dining table seats six plus four at the bar and if you're in need of more space, the balcony offers a convenient outdoor dining area overlooking the waves. The main bedroom has a warm sunny charm with white furniture, a king bed with custom bedding, a TV, and a DVD player. The main bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin allowing plenty of room to sleep five people total, and it offers a TV, and a DVD player as well. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer so you don't have to worry about your clothes during your stay. With three TVs, three DVDs, free WiFi, and a CD stereo system, you will have much to enjoy when you are ready to come in out of the sun!

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
