My unit was luckily not affected by the hurricanes. Other condos and near by restaurants were. Trash removal and cleanup will be finished by Dec 1st. Pool will be restored between Dec 1 and Jan 1.
The beach is open. If you have additional questions please ask! Barefoot Condo Resort is the perfect beach getaway. Barefoot has it own private beach access minutes from your door or enjoy a day sitting at your own private heated pool or fish on the pier in the back or grill on the propane grills out back with picnic area. Boat slips are available. The condo is located walking distance to Cask restaurant and Adventure Island. Take a short drive to John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk with many shops, restaurants, and entertainment. *4 beds. 2 queen, 2 twins*

It was a clean and comfortable space. Loved that coffee, food, stores, and beach were all walking distance. The host was also really nice and quick to respond.

Just what we needed for a weekend visit

My brother and I stayed while visiting our dad who has a smaller place and couldn’t accommodate both of us. Tim was prompt and easy to communicate and the condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. Short walk to the pool and path to beach was super close and easily accessible.

Clean, roomy and close to the beach

Great stay overall but not 3 bedrooms

There were three places for rooms but one was completely open with no doors. It was more of 2 bedrooms with a bed in the living room. It wasn’t ideal for families with young kids. The place seemed clean enough and the host was great and very communicative.

Great weekend getaway

The place was great for a long weekend getaway. Place was clean and in a good location. Was a little hesitant about having to cross the road to get to the beach, but the crosswalk system made it easy. The manager has great communication and made check in easy. Place has everything needed for a great stay.

Beach week

The condo was nice and cozy. We liked having the chairs available in the room to take to the beach. Pool and area around it was nice and clean. The only issue with the room was it had a funny smell. I felt like it was a strong urine or ammonia smell coming from the vent in the hallway next to the bedrooms. The condo itself was clean so we’re not sure what the small could’ve been from We did have an enjoyable week

It was a great fit for our sized family (2 adults and 4 kids). I loved all of the items that were available for use at the beach. Lots of indoor options as well with board games and coloring books. Only negatives would be that the place did smell very odd, kind of like curry and there was low water pressure in the shower.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo is directly across from the beach access, has a gorgeous pool and a fishing dock. The condo itself is great and we loved our time! Thank you :)

Nice location!

We appreciated the furnished kitchen and beach chairs and toys! It's a bike friendly area. We rented bicycles down the street and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay!

The pictures were accurate and the location was perfect for a weekend stay near the beach. The surrounding condos were quiet and the location was very convenient to PIE airport. The host was very quick to communicate as well. Would stay again.

Great stay at the beach

We loved the unit and would definitely go back! The unit is furnished very nicely and is in a great location. I did wish there were a few more small conveniences included such as a broom/dust pan, kitchen towel, dishwasher pod, and an extra garbage bag. I also would have liked some instructions on how to operate the tv and where the garbage should be taken. Overall it was a great experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This place was great! Exactly as described, we loved the location and proximity to the beach. The condo had pretty much everything we needed and owner was very quick to respond to any questions.
