Luxurious Modern Apartment Home located in a safe lovely community in Clarksville, Indiana where everything you love is just a short drive away. We are conveniently close to downtown Louisville, Kentucky where there are restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

The cozy bedroom is furnished with a queen bed that has a memory foam mattress, a full bathroom attached, 43" Roku TV and sound machine. The living room has a memory foam sleeper sofa that transforms into a queen bed. In the living room, you'll experience a 55" Roku TV. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cookware and kitchen utensils. You will find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, snacks and more. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

This apartment home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Make yourself at home once you arrive.

Amazing stay! The apartment is just as pictured and had everything I needed and more. Great amenities and views from the rooftop. Centrally located. Host was great and responsive for anything I may have needed help with. I originally booked for a week and extended to 2. Will absolutely stay again in the future if I’m in the area.

Perfect for a long weekend!

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We had a small hiccup at check-in (likely user error!) and the owner was very responsive and followed up to make sure we were able to check in successfully. We loved the area and the view from the rooftop deck was beautiful! My kids also enjoyed the game room and the park nearby in walking distance. It was a perfect place for a long weekend and we hope to visit again!

Excellent Host

My husband and his friend stayed at this property while visiting KY to do the Bourbon Trail. The apartment was clean and the location was perfect. Mechelle was a wonderful host, and she even came to the apartment to personally assist them with an issue when the housekeeper was unavailable.

Great location and facility!

The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything we could want. The hostess was extremely responsive and friendly. The location was perfect, close to downtown Louisville.

New Apartment Complex

Nicely decorated and comfortable apartment. Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Came from Texas for PGA Championship. Close to everything. Host was very informative and responded promptly. Would definitely stay again.

Adorable place

Very nice condo. Quick and easy to Louisville. Loved jogging on the walking bridge to Louisville. Beautiful. Cozy place, very clean. Great communication with owner.

I do not recommend

I was deceived by the host. I booked 50 weeks prior to my stay @ the normal overnight rate for 2 nights. The booking was accepted. Next day, I receive a message from the host that she did not list the correct rate & that the rate was actually 2x what was listed because it was a special event weekend. I accepted this rate with a 10% discount because the property had all the amenities I needed to support traveling with my 80 yr old father who has stage 4 COPD who wanted to see the Thunder of Louisville show. The listing said sleeps 4, community amenities, parking & rooftop views. The day before our trip, the host contacted me about changes: Sleeper sofa - The prior renter had broken the sofa & they were unaware until the day before. I was told she put a similar solution in place for us. Upon arrival, it was not a comparable sofa. It was a single futon. Parking: My parents & I were driving from different cities. She informed me due to the special event, we would only receive 1 parking pass for the building. I explained my parents are ADA & cannot walk from a $40 lot across the street. Based on the pre-printed pass left in our apartment, I felt this was info she knew well in advance & held back until the last minute. Rooftop & amenities access - I was told the apartment we were in was not selected for these special access for the event. Based on the pre-printed passes left in our apartment, I also believe this was info she knew in advance. The lack of transparency is unethical.

Beautiful place to stay

Very nice place to stay, very clean. Lots of things to offer in the building. Fun clubhouse room with games , TV and a pool table. Very easy to get ahold of someone if needed. 5 stars!

Staycation October 2023

The property exceeded my expectations! While I am a Louisville native, I wanted more of a 'staycation' feel, and this was the perfect place for that! The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive, and the space was clean, well kept, and in a very safe location. There is a beautiful view of the Downtown Louisville skyline from the rooftop and it's a less than 10 minute drive to downtown Louisville (where you will find so much to do and see), as well as very close to the beautiful Big Four Bridge. This is a perfect place for couples or solo travelers - I would highly recommend this rental. I will definitely be staying at this rental and booking with Mechelle again! :)

Great apartment!

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. Mechelle was very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment complex is only about 5 minutes from downtown Louisville which is super convenient. The place itself was very clear, quiet, and cozy. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone visiting the Louisville area.

Fun apartment

Clean apartment, comfortable bed, amazing Louisville skyline view from the rooftop. Very well stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook. Hostess quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Views and Ammenities

We had an amazing stay! We were able to Lyft to downtown Louisville quickly and cheaply. The rooftop area was a perfect space to spend the evening playing games and listening to music.

Beautiful place and

Perfect place for a weekend getaway! We arrived and found the apartment with minimal difficulty (couldn't locate keycafe box as easily). After that, we entered an apartment that smelled amazing and was exactly as depicted on listing - cute, clean, and comfy. Communicating was also easy and swift with owners! And the location couldnt be closer to eveything Loueville! Thank you so much!

Louisville Car Show Trip (2 nights)

Outstanding communication, great views on the rooftop, literally 5 minutes away from Louisville’s downtown restaurant and bars, 15 minutes away from the Louisville Expo Center. Absolutely love that snacks were given as well - ALL possible basics were provided- lots of towels AND NO WORK when it was time to leave! I have absolutely no cons for this experience … if I had to stretch for one it would be putting the sleeper sofa back in…once it was out-it was out but our son loved it - very comfortable ! If we were staying for greater than a long weekend - this may have been a larger pain point.

Beautiful property and one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Communication was great and you can walk to downtown Louisville via the foot bridge. Very comfortable place and tastefully decorated, felt safe and secure and the view from the shared rooftop patio was amazing. Owner was quick to respond and extremely hospitable, do yourself a favor and stay here!

Visiting home

Friendly, comfortable, very clean, accessible, very reasonably priced with many amenities. Close to shopping and close to the interstate river, eating, and shopping. We felt welcome. I would highly recommend this VRBO! The host was very prompt in responding and very informative. We will most definitely be repeat customers!
