The primary guest must sign a Renter’s Agreement, upload a valid photo ID
Parking for 2 vehicles
Only gas-powered golf carts are allowed. Please note that using a golf cart will occupy one of your two designated parking spaces. Electric golf carts are not permitted.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund minus $250 if canceled 60+ days before arrival
50% refund minus $250 if canceled 30–60 days before arrival
No refunds for cancellations within 30 days
NOTE: Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damage caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.
