Full refund minus $250 if canceled 60+ days before arrival
50% refund minus $250 if canceled 30–60 days before arrival
No refunds for cancellations within 30 days
NOTE: Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500.
