Este increíble condominio frente al golfo en el corazón de Seagrove Beach está a solo un corto paseo en bicicleta de Seaside, muchos restaurantes maravillosos y tiendas espectaculares. Ubicado en el segundo piso, este 3 dormitorios, 3 baños es contemporáneo, sofisticado y perfecto para relajarse con amigos y / o familiares. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño, la cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos nuevos con una vinoteca separada y las vistas desde el balcón del segundo piso y la habitación principal son insuperables.

Te deleitarás con el sonido melódico de las olas rompiendo en la orilla, y si tienes suerte, los delfines se divertirán a lo largo de la costa mientras disfrutas de tu café matutino en el balcón. Esta también es una propiedad que admite perros, ¡así que traiga al miembro peludo de su familia también! ¿Mencionamos las increíbles vistas del golfo desde su balcón privado?

This was the perfect condo for a quick weekend getaway. Being beach front AND dog friendly was a huge plus!

Great location and view

We loved our stay here. The view of the ocean was beautiful and access to the beach was super easy and quick. The location was a perfect spot on 30A to be close to tons of shops and restaurants.

A lovely view

We enjoyed our stay here. Beach access is on property and the views were lovely. Unfortunately, there was no wifi during our visit and management was unable to rectify the issue during our stay.

Well appointed vacation rental in great location

We were very pleased with our stay in this vacation rental. The rental is well laid out with a nice ocean-facing balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. The 2nd floor unit was clean and in very good condition. The furniture and appliances were clean and in good condition as well. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools that we needed. The unit is located in a great spot along Hwy 30A. There were many great restaurant options nearby. We will definitely consider this as our destination next year!

My favorite thing is to sit on the balcony with my morning coffee and watch the dolphins play. I will be back for years to come.

The large eye on the stove doesn't work and the roll down blind over the sliding doors is very cumbersome. We had to have maintenance come fix it and a stopped up sink.

Good Value

I am very familiar with this area so was pleasantly reminded how beautiful the beach is here. The property is old but tucked in with many high-in houses. The beach access might be the best attribute, it's a short walk to your chosen spot on that sugar-white sand. I do have a negative: Beware of renting through VRBO because it is "managed" by another company therefore you have TWO additional fees along with the base price and taxes. UGH.

Fantastic family vacation stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were searching the area for a condo for 6, including 4 teens. This was the perfect place that allowed easy come and go access to the beach, it's only about a mile down the road from Seaside and the kids rented bikes and were able to be somewhat free in the area to do whatever they wanted. The condo itself was very clean and quite spacious for basically 6 grown people. The AC worked fantastically as did all the other amenities. Communication with the rental company was great, easy to access, easy to find. Would definitely come back to this property again!

Ladies Trip

The condo was small, but accommodating for the 4 of us. Perfect for a short weekend. It does need some outside updating as the porch off the master bedroom/ den is sloping, and the concrete is separating from the rails and walls which is a bit scary. The tub in the hallway did not drain properly. Also, no ramp going down to beach!! All steps and lots of them!! No beach wagon or stroller access. You must carry everything!

The property was very outdated. Many, many broken floor tiles, hair in the bathtub, mold on the bathroom ceiling, dirty countertops, toenail clippings on the bathroom floor, dog hair on the furniture, mold on the outdoor patio carpet (lots of it), dirty fridge. For the amount of money we paid, I could not believe what I stayed in - will never stay there again or ever recommend to anybody....

We called for maintenance practically every day and got very little response. The location was great, right on the beach, but the steps going down were rickety and dangerous. Really surprised at the lack of quality, would not recommend.

Awful. Stay in a different unit with a different company.

There was an awful smell in 1 bedroom from black mold growing on the air vent because the window was broken and stuck 1 inch open. Benchmark management stuck a sticker on the window saying broken so I’m guessing it has been that way for a long time. I requested the air vent to be cleaned but it never happened. I requested to move to another unit so my 75+ year old parents (mom has CPOD) and aunt wouldn’t be out of a room and the management company lied in writing saying no other units were available. I checked their website which showed multiple other units were available near by for the next couple of days. When I confronted Benchmark they didn’t deny lying about it and said someone will get in touch with me. I checked in every morning and no one ever bothered to call me back. I gave up after 3 days. I requested Benchmark provide a 1/3rd refund for that room and it’s been 2 weeks and still no one has bothered to reach out or take my call. Benchmark Management has taken zero responsibility for the unit’s cleanliness, our health or their written word in the lease agreement. They lied to us. They haven’t apologized. They haven’t even responded. Stay somewhere else.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beacons 4 is a lovely gulf front pet friendly condo. The location of the Beacons is wonderful. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to make our vacation almost perfect! The huge negative in our stay at Beacons 4 was the noise from several days of construction and construction clean up in the unit above us!!! Even though I called Benchmark, they were not able to reach anyone so all of us, especially our dog was very traumatized by construction work. Seagrove Beach is no longer the charming town we remember, way too much over development in this area which is a true shame:-(
