As you enter through the double iron doors, you will see directly ahead of you the clear waters of Norris Lake and a gorgeous panoramic view of the mountains where the sun sets with unimaginable beauty. Inside, you will see that this house with 4400 square feet of living space was built for togetherness! A completely open first floor great room and huge, fully stocked gourmet kitchen will cater to your whole crew. Your best meals will be made on a stainless steel 48" gas stove with double ovens, as well as a Blackstone, gas grill and Solo pizza oven right outside on the covered patio. The 60" of refrigerator/freezer will accommodate all of your groceries with an extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage. Double sinks and double dishwashers make clean-up easy! The beverage area of the kitchen with an undercounter fridge and ice machine keep drink prep simple and away from the hustle and bustle of food prep. The 11' island with seating carries right into the 10' dining room table for those special sit down dinners. Then, just a few steps beyond, a big cozy Lovesac sectional in front of the TV and gas fireplace to relax once your belly is full.

The master on the first floor boasts the biggest bathroom in the house with a large walk-in double shower. Listen to your favorite song over the whole house Sonos system while soaking in the garden tub. Also, on the main floor: the laundry area with extra large washer/dryer and laundry sink and a half bath with double sink.

The basement welcomes you into a large living space with an 85" TV and another huge Lovesac sectional for movie night or game day! The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each face the lake providing gorgeous views of the water and the mountains. The 2nd bedroom is perfect for a family with young children with a king bed, a twin bed and room for a pack-n-play. The 3rd bedroom offers plenty of space to stretch out with a queen room and enough floor space for a cot for a child. The 4th bedroom is the grand finale accommodating up to 8 guests on custom made bunks of two queens over two queens. Storage space is plentiful in the bunk room with built-in cubbies in addition to a full closet. Each lower level bedroom has its own personal full bathroom with double sink vanity and full custom tile shower. Also in the basement is a half bath so that each en suite bathroom can remain private. The game room that walks out to the path leading to the lake is an amazing hangout spot with shuffle board, foosball table, Putterball, TV, wet bar and Murphy bed if additional sleep space is needed.

Outside you can enjoy the amazing views from the upper and lower decks, each with its own wood burning fireplace and TV. Coming new in 2026, the upper deck will have dining space available for a minimum of 8! Walk down the short pathway to the fire pit with plenty of sitting space for roasting marshmallows under the stars of the clear Tennessee sky. Walk a short way further onto the covered dock with a slip available to keep your boat protected. At the front of the house, the massive front porch and paved driveway welcome a corn hole or Putterball golf pong tournament on a rainy day. The turnaround driveway is perfect and convenient for parking with an additional lot available 100 yards up the road that can accommodate up to 4 trailers.

The house is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, marinas and cute southern boutiques for shopping. On the water, you are only minutes away from some of the best food and live music on the lake at Indian River marina and Whitman Hollow marina, both of which also offer boat rental. The nearest public boat ramp is a 2 min boat ride from the dock and a 5 min drive by car.

Please Note: Our home was built solely for families and guests who want to enjoy a peaceful Norris Lake vacation. This is not the rental for an intended rowdy weekend. We do have cameras outside to ensure there are no gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests. Since few homes in our neighborhood rent, prospective renters should understand that respect of not only our home, but the surrounding homes and guests, will be strictly enforced.

There is a refundable $1000 damage deposit (host fee) that is applied to the final fees on the home rental. If no damages are found, this deposit will be refunded within 14 days of check-out.

Like many properties on Norris Lake, our home is built on a slope to take advantage of the stunning mountain and lake views. This means there are some inclines getting to and from the water. While it's very manageable for most families, we do want to make sure guests who may have mobility challenges are aware so they can plan accordingly.
