Newly renovated 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex in Virgil, NY! Just 2 minutes from Greek Peak Ski Resort you’ll be able to maximize your snow sport time in a stylish, well-appointed apartment.

Downstairs: Large living space with a custom, owner-made dining table both with plenty of seating for all guests. Spa-like bathroom with a fully tiled shower. All linens are provided.
Two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with a king bed. One queen bedroom and the king bedroom each have their own smart TV.
Back room provides storage for your skis and snowboards.

Upstairs: You’ll be greeted in the living room by gorgeous vaulted ceilings and shiplap walls. Snuggle up on the sectional and turn on the 55 inch smart tv or take a seat at the built-in bar to enjoy a meal. With a connecting living and kitchen area you’ll be able to spend quality time with your entire group without missing a beat!
Through the hallway you’ll find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a bookcase stocked with some favorite books. The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed, dresser, a 43 inch smart tv, and a spacious closet.

The whole house (downstairs and upstairs apartments) are yours to use as well as the back yard and deck.

We are local to Cortland County, but you likely won’t see us unless you need us

The town of Virgil is a very quiet area, however, we are 2 houses down from the fire station so you will likely hear the alarm during your stay!

The apartments do not connect inside. Outdoor access is required for entry to each apartment.
