Welcome to "What a View" located at 160 Davis Love Drive. This is the home to enjoy coastal living at it’s finest! This four bedroom, four-1/2 bath home includes multiple entertainment areas providing all the space and privacy your family deserves on their vacation. The primary bedrtoom has a king bedroom with an on-suit bathroom. The front bedroom has a queen bedroom with an on-suit bathroom, The back bedroom has a queen bed with its own bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a full and a twin bed. A sleeper couch is also avalible. The included golf cart will carry you to the beach, Cabana Club, or Beach Club all in 5 minutes or less! Return home to enjoy a spectacular sunset view right from the privacy of your many decks on multiple levels. A reversed floor plan gives you a bird’s eye view like no other of the beautiful golf greens, marshes and beyond. This premium built home includes elevated ceilings, hard wood floors, panoramic view windows, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The open floor plan makes for great entertaining and family gatherings. Just off the kitchen is a large, screened porch with dining for 6. A second entertainment room on a separate level provides that needed space to spread out. Also on this level you will enjoy a mini kitchen with sink, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. There are 6 TV's streaming FUBO Elite 217 channels and NETFLIX. The elevator services all 3 floors. PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards. Property is beautiful but needs a better property management. Rugs are worn out and need to be replaced, needed more wastebaskets, the ceiling of terrace has beehives that need to be removed, refrigerator was never cleaned and what made really an awful welcome was a dirty un flushed toilet full of excrement on the second floor.Having the elevator and the golf cart were very welcomed. Kitchen was well equipped.However, while being there we learned that to get guest passes to go to restaurants and attend amenities we needed to pay 25 per person plus 12.5% of property rental price, quite a ripoff.

Hello.
I am so sorry that your experience was not what it should have been. To start, yes it is a beautiful vew and great location. The resort is privately owned and the owners dictate those fees. Our company chooses to show you those fees up front so you can have the option to get the amenity cards or not rather than build the fees in the rate. In my opinion that would be the scam. I
Apologies greatly for the issue with the bathroom. As I explained on the phone we were dealing with a major plumbing issue just prior to your check in, hence the note on the bathtub and had the water off for days. It is not an excuse but we flushed all the toilets but apparently something was missed. I have spoken to the inspector and that will never be an issue again. I am so sorry that your stay started off so poorly and would like to make it up to you. If you choose to stay with us again please reach out to me ahead of time.

Fall Break
Another wonderful week on Fripp. This house is the best house we’ve stayed at over the past 5 years. The space was incredible. Finally a house with great kitchen counter space and the extra wet bar on the first level. We will be coming back to this house for sure next year.
