2 - Complementary Hoodoo Lift Tickets with 2+ night stays. Our beautiful home is located inside a breathtaking luxury resort community known as Black Butte Ranch. The Ranch boasts over 1,800 pristine acres of Oregon beauty, with a wealth of year round activities. We have recently added a private sauna for our guests to enjoy. We also offer 2 Paddle boards, 4 bikes and the corn hole game for our guests.

As of January 2024, Black Butte Ranch has updated their recreation fees to a resort fee percentage based on the nightly rate. This fee is included in your booking and you will no longer have to pay extra fees upon arrival at the welcome center.



Interaction with Guests:

We currently reside in Portland, Oregon and manage our other Airbnb space in our home. In addition to the experienced hosting we offer, we have set up a dependable local team that can respond to immediate needs that require an in person visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Black Butte Mountain Retreat. The home was a good size for 4 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of fun toys for the grandkids and bikes, books, and games for the adults. We were amazed by the pool complexes, restaurants, horse stables and the gorgeous meadows and golf courses. We'll be back!

Burch Family Review—Black Butte Ranch

We have traveled to many places, but I have to say that it’s hard to top Black Butte Ranch. It’s gorgeous, the house we stayed in was perfect, and the weather was second to none! I give it a 10/10 stay! Plenty to do in the ranch and nearby Sisters/Bend area. Though it’s over 2500 miles from our home in SC, we will be making the trip back to BBR as soon as we can. We loved it!

Nicely appointed home not far from Glaze Meadow

We enjoyed the location and design features of this home. The only real limitation was the height of the beds: great for adults and older kids, too high for little ones who might fall off while sleeping.

First Impressions are the lasting ones

My youngest son was about to head off for school and wanted to do something special with friends and family. He wanted to go camping in the coast so I did what any parent would do: I surprised him and his friends with this wonderful cabin in Black Butte Ranch! As we headed east, I had to field a lot of questions during the four hour drive. I held my tongue until we got to the entrance of the ranch. “Surprise!” No one said a word. Uh oh. Turns out the silence was from shock. Two friends thought Black Butte Ranch was a myth; legendary if you will. I followed the instructions given to me by the host. It sounded complex but in actuality, it was super simple and smooth. We go through the gate and make the 5m drive to the home. As we got closer, the car filled with the familiar scent of warm pine needles baking in the sun. As we turned off the street and onto the paved driveway, I’m pretty sure all four of us in the car said “Nooo waayyy!” I have never seen so many doors fly open as the group swarmed the house, pointing to the features and soaking up seats on the front porch. As I opened the door, three eager young-adults nearly trampled me as they made their way inside. The moment I saw the inside, I shouted “shoes off!” It may not be the house policy but it’s mine. It’s that kind of place. As I entered, I nearly passed the amazing greeting left by the hosts. Immediately, my first impression was stamped: The home and the hosts are top notch.
