Hilltop Haven, Country Close Getaway

Nestled in the Hill Country of Lake Travis, this quiet cul-de-sac guest house is just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping—yet feels like a peaceful oasis. Inside, you’ll find a welcoming space with modern flare and soft accents that make it a cozy retreat.

This home is privately set on our 2 acre estate and completely secluded from the main home. There is a private entrance and parking for this home. The home is located on the entire second story of a detached garage. Massive south facing views take in both the sunrise and sunset with no immediate neighbors.

Your home is well stocked with Keurig cups for a morning cup of joe, and a fully equipped kitchen! There's also a Roku enabled TV in both the living room and bedroom, table space for a mini remote office, high speed internet and a bar top for lounging.

Lastly, there is a nice outdoor space to enjoy the sun on Adirondack chairs, propane BBQ, picnic table, and a perfect spot to kickback and drink a beverage in your own space.

Awesome Hilltop Stay!

The Hilltop apartment was perfect for our weekend getaway. Short distance to Dripping Springs & Spicewood. The apartment looks just like the pictures, very clean and it had all the amenities that we needed. It's very private and quiet location. We had wine outside each night overlooking the city. Great view! Lesley & Erik were amazing hosts. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic!

The host is unbelievably awsome and made the stay very easy and convenient. The property is really cool woth an awsome view. The customization is unique. Overall, my wife and i were very surprised and excited when we first entered..We are very grateful to the host!

Heavenly Hilltop Haven!

We had a wonderful time in Austin celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and couldn’t have stayed in a better place than Hilltop Haven!! Everything was perfect! Awesome, quiet location just outside of the city but close enough to everything we wanted to do! Lesley and Erik are great hosts and their home is extremely clean, comfortable and inviting. Would definitely recommend! Can’t wait to return to Austin and Hilltop Haven!!

Great apartment at a great location

Maybe one of the best Vrbos I ever stayed. Perfect accomodation at a great calm spot in the hills not far from Austin Downtown. Great mansions are all around the area and the apartment itself feels like an own tiny home. Everything new and nicely furnished - little american, scandinavian mixture I would say. Thanks for the great stay!

This is a custom built place! Appointed by a designer type person. Everything well thought out and beautiful! Everything you need for a great stay! Located just out of Austin! On a hilltop! Owners really want you to have everything you need. We cooked and cooked and cooked and always had what we needed. These are thoughtful owners. Please come and enjoy!l. We will be back for sure!

Weekend Getaway

Not going to lie, I was nervous about the proximity to the main house, but SO glad we moved forward with renting! The entire experience was amazing - from the time we entered we knew it was the right choice, the privacy was more than expected but it was the small touch of a bottle of wine and handwritten “Happy Anniversary” on it that meant so much. Apartment was so clean, farmhouse feel, great space, private drive. Will not hesitate again and will definitely be back. Y’all have done an amazing job on this rental!

Nice and quiet getaway

Wonderful stay! We came into town to spend some time on the lake. It was a quick drive to the marina and easy in and out of grocery stores and restaurants. Literally just a couple of miles away. House was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Lesley was great with email correspondence and even nicer in person. Would definitely come back!

Amazing experience

Perfect spot to stay for a lake trip! We spent the day out on Lake Travis, then came back here after a full day of boating. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal, then lounge on the couch and relax. We caught a great sunset and heard nothing but chirping birds. Highly recommend!

Quiet, private, large lots and big views. This area sits on-top of one of the highest peaks in the area at 1,180' and is a true gem of a spot.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

It's situated in a very unique area of Lakeway / Bee Cave. You don't really get big views in Texas and we have them here! It also feels like you're in the countryside and just minutes away from all the action of town and the lakes. It's a gem location in the Hill country!
