Downstairs is a great-sized dining area and living room with a Smart TV to wind down indoors, play a game, or watch a movie together.

** NO Parties- We want you to have a good time, but quiet hours are enforced (10 pm) and we need to respect our neighbors. You will be fined and may have to leave the property with no refund
