- Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: (3 min drive or golf cart ride) the largest public beach access in Walton County, is located just half a mile away and can be easily reached. This access point provides various amenities such as public restrooms, outdoor showers, ample parking, and seasonal lifeguard services.
- Phillips Inlet Beach Access - (0.6 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on 'N Walton Lakeshore Drive', and that runs you right in to the beach access.
- Lupine Beach Access - (0.9 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on 'N Walton Lakeshore Drive', and that runs you right into the beach access at Phillips. Lupine is located at the end of Walton Magnolia Ln.

▶Where you'll sleep:
1st floor-
- Guest bedroom: 2 queen beds with smart tv, ample storage, and en suite bathroom. This room has back porch access off the room with lounge chairs and an additional seating area.
2nd floor –
- Living room, office, kitchen, and balcony
3rd floor –
- Primary Suite. King Canopy bed with private balcony, smart tv, and spa like en suite. Large walk-in shower with detachable shower head, large double vanity, and an overall calming space. The room also has a cozy half-moon lounger, perfect for relaxing after a long beach day.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles. There is no street parking available.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Home has an elevator that is not for guest use.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
