Take a tour at Sierra Nevada, only 15 miles away

Our picturesque 2 bedroom and 2 full bath bungalow has just been totally updated with refinished hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and large island. Perfect for a family or a weekend getaway with friends! Cook a delicious breakfast in our spacious kitchen with all the spices you might need. Need a caffeine fix? We offer a Keurig and Mr Coffee machine so you can make yourself a warm cup of coffee and enjoy it on the comfy front porch or in the backyard on the patio set! The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer for any of your laundry needs. Feel like staying in? Relax in our open style family room with our wide screen smart TV and watch cable or stream Netflix

The location was fantastic, very close to Main Street and shopping. The home is the cutest bungalow and very well appointed with paper products, soap, shampoos, and a well stocked kitchen and coffee bar. We loved our stay tremendously!

Very cute bungalow convenient to everything in Hendersonville. We stayed for a weekend of bike races in Jackson Park and it was a perfect location. Well-stocked kitchen. Very clean, great communication.

Cute house. Fully stocked kitchen including Keurig and k cups. Two bathrooms, one with walk-in shower. Off street parking. Clean and neat. Outdoor seating in backyard and front porch. Excellent location. Enjoyer stay!

Great property, walking distance to downtown Hendersonville. My dog loved the big back yard (it is not fenced, which is not a problem for us, but may be for other dogs). Wifi was excellent and supported video calls and other parallel usage without any problems. Kathy was very nice and responsive - I only gave four stars on the check-in because I didn't receive the door code in the morning and had to text her later in the day. We are likely headed back to Hendo next summer and will definitely plan to book this place again!

Weekend getaway

Cute little house. Perfect for 2 couples. Backyard patio with a firepit, perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. Very quiet area but close enough to walk to downtown, or to get ice cream!

Nicely renovated bungalow!

We had a great stay at Modern Bungalow. It was nicely renovated, furnished and well stocked. The location is very convenient to shopping and downtown Hendersonville. There is a lot of traffic nearby, but the street was quiet and neighbors were friendly. The back yard is nice with a large patio and seating. The yard is mostly fenced and it would be perfect if the back yard was completely fenced since the property is dog friendly. This is a property that we would definitely stay at again!

vacation stay

We always stop in Hendersonville for several days on our way to Hilton Head. This cottage was very nice and well stocked, we enjoyed our stay and will return again.

Perfect House and Location!

This house is just as advertised! The accommodations were very comfortable and clean, and downtown Hendersonville is truly just around the corner. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions/requests, and we had an amazing and relaxing time. We fully intend to stay at this property again in the future.

Great house and awesome location

The house was clean and fit 5 people comfortably. The yard was spacious and perfect for children. It was close to town and the neighborhood was quiet. The hostess replied quickly to all of my questions. It is a wonderful house to stay in.

Great property in hendersonville

Wonderful host. Very knowledgable about the area and very easy to reach. The property was very clean and 5 stars in all ways. The outdoor patio was nice. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very nice area to explore. Don't miss chimney rock about 30 minutes drive!

Charming and Convenient

This is a 1950s bungalow that has been completed updated. The home is cozy and inviting and so close to downtown Hendersonville. If you are traveling for work or a get away this is a perfect stay!

Location was great, very close to restaurants, grocery, historic Hendersonville. Street was very quiet, house was clean. Kathy responded right away when I had questions. Wonderful back yard, it had been raining so we didn't use it. Enjoyable stay.

Adorable Bungalow

This was the perfect spot for our quick weekend trip and somewhere I'd gladly stay again. We were visiting our friend whose mother recently passed away and wanted a cheerful place for her to get away from her own home and "forget" for a few. This precious bungalow was so cheerful and welcoming it allowed her to do just that. It is in a great location and one of the best stocked homes I've stayed in with a lot of special touches like coffee, creamer, bathing room products, spices, condiments, etc. The owners have done a lovely job and I'd be a pleasure to stay here again. If I had to offer one suggestion it might be to update the mattress on the pull out couch as it was pretty thin and dipped toward the middle but I'd say most people expect something similar for a pull out mattress so not a knock on the property at all, just a suggestion for one day. This is definitely an impressive rental and was spotless as well. Exactly what we were looking for. Thank you!

Stayed here with my husband and 2 adult children while attending a funeral. House was clean & well stocked with appliances, dishes & pots/pans. Plenty of seating in kitchen & living room for 4. I would recommend the modern bungalow & hope to return at a happier time.

Adorable Home with a Convenient Location
