The second bedroom also offers a king bed and shares the hallway bathroom. With the bonus den that includes a queen bed, this condo can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. Please note this den is separated from the main living area by a privacy curtain.

^IMPORTANT: When the air temperature drops below 70 degrees the HOA will close the pool with the solar cover. Unfortunately this is the decision of the HOA and Beach Boutique Rentals has no control over the issue. Additionally the HOA has the right to close the pool for any reason and Beach Boutique Rentals has no control over this decision.

* Please note this condo allows 1 assigned parking space and additional guest parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Please keep in mind that if the elevator becomes inoperable for any reason, the stairs will be only way to access the unit.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
