The beach is under a minute away — walk out the door and you're just steps to the sand. Pelican Place at The Nautilus is a Holmes Beach vacation rental where the Gulf is genuinely close and the on-site amenities are the strongest in the complex.

Tennis courts and pickleball on-site — rare together on Anna Maria Island. The large heated pool is available for all building guests. The free island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of AMI without moving your car.

Inside, the condo has been updated with new floors, a comfortable sectional, and smart TVs throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked for everything from simple breakfasts to full dinners. A small work area is ready for remote workers or anyone who needs to stay connected. The living room is open and well-configured for relaxing after a beach day.

Two bedrooms, both with king beds — the right configuration for two couples or guests who both want a proper bed without compromise. Two full bathrooms. Linens and towels provided.

Pelican Place at The Nautilus requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.

Great condo!

Traveled to AMI and the Nautilus for over 45 years - and this is one of the best condos I have stayed at in that time. well appointed and comfortable!

Good pool. Beautiful beach, beads were comfortable. All supplies were well marked. The dining chairs were straight and uncomfortable. Patio furniture was hard and uncomfortable to sit in.

Beautiful condo

This condo was absolutely adorable. Decorated so cute and has everything you need. Communication was excellent. The pool was great. I think we pick the hottest week of the year. lol.

Anna Marie Island is BACK! Beautiful beachside condo

Very tastefully decorated, well stocked, thought out layout, labels on everything, comfortable beds and furniture, great location. The only complaint would be we had an issue with a grandchild locking a door to the food/entryway closet on Monday and didn’t get a response from manager until Thursday because of New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. It would be nice to have someone address concerns any day when you’re on vacation. Otherwise it was perfect! We definitely will use this place in the future.
