Thank you for your detailed feedback, Ray. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the great location, comfortable bedrooms, clean linens, well-stocked kitchen, and dock area for fishing. We also appreciate you recognizing that we were responsive when an issue came up during check-in. We’re sorry that other parts of the cottage did not meet expectations. Since purchasing the property, we’ve been steadily working through improvements, and your feedback helps us prioritize what needs attention next. We’ve had an especially challenging summer with spiders and bugs in the area, and while we were able to have the exterior treated during your stay, we understand that it was still frustrating. We’re continuing to work on this with our pest control team. We’re also planning further maintenance updates, including replacing the front entry door and addressing the gutters following the roof replacement.
