Brand new listing to VRBO for 2023!! Dec 2025-Purchased 2 New Serta Sleeper King Size Mattresses. We are located in Phase 2 of Las Palomas. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo has the largest patio facing Sea of Cortez compared to all 1 and 2 bedroom condos. There are 4 loungers on patio as well as dining set up. Patio also has 55 inch TV, which only a few condos have. The living room, dining room and kitchen all face the ocean based on the open floor plan. Everything is included in condo, with full access to all pools, and gym. Quick access to elevator, makes it easy to go up and down to pool, and covered garage parking. The 12th floor provides great views, as well as great privacy while relaxing on patio. We can hold up to 7 guests. Minimum age of one checking in, 25 years old. The first 6 are included in price. For the additional 7th, you have to pay $35 per night to Las Palomas at check in.
New Rule 2026- Renters can bring small coolers to pools!
Kitchen-Fully equipped with Stove, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Utensils, Grilling Utensils, Coffee Maker, Blender. etc.

Perfect for a weekend getaway! The view is amazing. The pools were the perfect temperature. The beach was so calm. The bathtub is SO big. It was very clean and we had everything we needed.

Great beach side resort condo!

Communication from the host was great, condo was beautiful and well furnished with an awesome balcony and ocean view. Las Palomas was great as always. Kids and adults loved the few days of pools and beach. Lots of sandy beachfront, poolside service was great.

We absolutely loved Sara’s place! It was very clean and welcoming! She was very responsive to my questions. Las Palomas is a wonderful place to stay and is very family oriented! We enjoyed our vacation so much and will definitely be back soon!

Beautiful apartment at the beach

We loved our stay at the Las Palomas resort. The apartment is very clean and with lots of space. The pools and the beach are easily accessible, perfect for a family vacation. We would come back!

Wonderful weekend!

The condo is great as well as the property. Everyone from staff to owner was nice. Very responsive. The condo had everything we needed and we enjoyed the Suns victory on the large patio with the TV! We will stay in this condo again!

Lovely Stay, Highly Recommended!

Overall, our family had a great stay. We rented the home for 3 nights; the room was very clean and the pictures depict the home accurately. The appropriate amenities were available, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook our breakfast. The outdoor furniture was perfect, a place for everyone to sit comfortably. No complaints, the host was quick to respond and kind. Highly recommend the home and will stay again.

Awesome time!!

We came in for a quick last summer vacation this year before the kids go back to school. Boy! Are we glad we did. Our experience has been stellar. The owner is very customer friendly and the property is beautiful. We had a great time. We will definitely return next time we are in Phoenix.

The property was very clean and beautiful!! We had a great time. I wish there was a way we did not have to wear wristbands the whole time. But the unit was very well equipped and a great location. Perfect stay

Our condo was amazing. The location couldn't be better. 12th floor with the most beautiful view and close to the elevator. The patio lounge chairs were great for coffee in the morning. We had patio shade all day, which we loved. Condo was clean and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Quick responses from Sarah. We had a great time. Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay!!

Super awesome location. Close to the elevator, a major plus for us in humid, blazing heat! Nicely decorated, it felt like the perfect mix of resort and home. Everything worked properly without issues! The water was shut off one night, I believe by Las Palomas for repairs, but only for a few hours in the middle of the night, causing no problems. The owners are super attentive and kind, replying quickly. We have been going to Las Palomas for over 15 years, and this place is definitely a top choice for re-renting. Its earned its place on the short list.
