This condo is perfect for a small family, location could not be better. It's a smaller complex and it is quiet and feels private. Parking is easy, walkable to all shops/restaurants and CU Boulder. The condo was clean, owner's communication was easy and reliable. Beds comfortable. The lights, toilet and blinds are all on a "smart" system which can take a bit to figure out--but any issues and you context or email the host!

Beautifully updated unit with many convenient “smart features” - window shades, fireplace, and touchless bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Located close to all the central Boulder action. Covered, reserved parking space was much appreciated.

Super convenient and comfortable. The lighting, toilet seat, and blinds are high-tech, but once we figured them out they were mostly easy to use.

Easy Boulder Stay

Property was as described. Everything you could need for a weekend away. Close enough to walk to the main area of Pearl street but allowed for some peace and quiet too.
