Dog-friendly Jackson Lake front! Large game room, Fire pit, 2 king beds-3 queen

Autumn on the lake is so relaxing! We accept mid-term rentals.
This family—and dog-friendly lake compound is on a broad but quiet cove. There are no party boats or road noise. It is in a safe, upscale neighborhood with a gorgeous dock and breathtaking lake views. We have fiber internet!
-Gas grill and dock!
-Breathtaking lake views!
-Firepit
-Outdoor shower
-Fully equipped kitchen with spices and complete coffee bar.
-3 Kayaks: two single and one tandem
-Game room for rainy days with ping-pong, basketball, multi-game arcade game, theater room with 75" TV, and lounging area.
-4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
-Main bedroom king bed
-2nd main level bedroom with a queen bed
--Upstairs is a large bedroom with two queen beds.
-The guest cottage has one king bed (no water or bathroom)
There are three separate buildings on our property that you will have access to. The main house has a kitchen, dining room, living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The large deck is attached with dining and grilling options. We've converted the garage into an ample play space with a theatre area and multiple games. We provide basketball, ping-pong, a stand-up multi-cade, table games, ring toss, bean bag toss, and more. There's a large seating area to watch the 75" TV—a table and chairs, a refrigerator, and a microwave for popcorn. The last building is a guest cottage. There's a king bed, TV, seating, and storage. There isn't water or a bathroom in the garage or guest cottage.
You can use the dock, kayaks, and fire pit at your own risk. Don't leave children unattended near the water or fire. Life jackets of varying sizes are available for youth and adults, including one infant life jacket. You must use them when kayaking!

We are dog-friendly. For a $75 service fee, you can bring up to 2 dogs, 50 lbs and under. If needed, there is a fenced area. You will receive separate doggy rules if you indicate you are bringing a dog. Upon request, we will consider up to 3 dogs with an additional $25 fee.

Cozy Lake House

Wonderful lake house with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Nice set up for your fur kids too with a fenced in area. The lake view is fantastic from the house and deck. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning next year!

The property was great. The neighbors were a little loud singing karaoke till the morning hours but overall the family had a great trip. I would recommend this property for lake vacation.

Excellent family experience

Very nice place, there is a bunk room for extra guest. They have converted a garage into a perfect teen hang out with video games, very nice deck and grill, 3 kayaks to use and a covered boat dock. We will book again.

Cozy and perfect for our getaway!

This house was perfect for the 7 of us. Owners quickly responded to messages and even checked in on us. The house came stocked with all the cooking utensils and other little gidgets we didn't think to pack but needed. The game room is awesome and so entertaining for all. Check-out process was super easy too. We had no complaints and will hopefully be back again next year!

Family Time

Wonderful home, spacious and clean. So much room for family time. The game room is amazing and large. The house is bright and very comfortable. Plenty of dock room for both our boats and lounge chairs are very comfortable. Hosts were amazing and helped with anything we needed. We will definitely be back. Reasors Landing was a very quick and easy boat launch as well.

Excellent lakefront getaway!

Had a great stay! The game room was perfect for evenings and even better for the rainy day we had while visiting. The dock/fire pit area was excellent, we spent majority of our time there. Kitchen has EVERYTHING labeled with everything you could need and more! Overall had a great trip and will be returning during the summer! Do beware of putting anything with straps, strings, loops, lace or small sides in the dryer. The dryer lent trap is cracked, clothes get stuck in the crack and it rips them apart

Super nice family vacation spot

The house was super nice and extremely clean!! Very nicely decorated and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and imagine. The house comfortably fit our family of 7 with an extra bed to spare! We enjoyed the fire pit and swimming at the doc. The game room was a huge hit during one of the summer storms that popped up during our stay. The house was located in a nice quiet cove and only a few minute ride by boat to the boat ramp and super cool restaurant. This is a must stay especially if you have kids!!! The host were super nice and even checked in on us to make sure everything was going ok. We will definitely be back.

Lake Weekend

We had such a great weekend, despite the weather being cloudy and rainy. The view of the lake was just as beautiful from the inside than it was from the outside. We grew up in the area but have moved away as adults. We were in town for our nieces graduation and it was a perfect location for our family to casually come visit us while we were in town. The kids LOVED the game room and we loved that it was separated from the main house so the adults could enjoy conversation time from the deck or the living room. The main home decor was modern and the layout gave us enough space to spread out as needed. On our first day at the house, some of us still had to work remotely. We were pleasantly surprised at how fast and strong the internet connection was! Additionally, our dog has a GPS fence collar and the signal was strong enough to keep him limited to specific boundaries of the yard without having to worry about him jumping in the water without permission. Overall, we couldn’t have had a better weekend!

Perfect spot on a cove and good for any ages

We are beach folks, but with just three days over Presidents Day weekend, we decided we'd rather spend more time chillaxing and less time driving. This spot was two hours closer to our home, and we're glad we chose it.With four adults ages 55, 54, 28 and 27, there was no shortage of things to occupy our time. We had a two-night stay and felt like we had a weeklong getaway. We kayaked, read, fished, played ping-pong, mini-basketball, video games, cards, sat by the fire pit, grilled and visited nearby Covington so our "Vampire Diaries"-watching women could see the filming locations and such.It's a rare rental that would work for young children or adults. There's no excuse for getting bored — unless bored is exactly what you're looking for. And having the game/theater room separated from the main dwelling would be ideal for parents who would like some quiet time away from the kids.Also, the owners were extremely responsive. In fact, when we had a remote that wasn't working, they responded within minutes with a fix to re-pair the remote with the TV. Not a major issue, certainly, but they jumped on it.In my VRBO experiences, I continue to find that rentals handled by the owners themselves tend to be in better shape and more responsive than those handled by management companies.We will return.

This is a quiet, upscale neighborhood with a gravel road. Lots of parking. Friendly neighbors, not a party boat spot, and no road noise.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

There's so much space! You can spread out and have privacy or gather together in one space. The views are amazing, and the access down to the lake is pretty easy. There's a few steps down to the fire pit or take the grass down. It's not too steep. We're very close to the water. Everyone that stays doesn't want to leave!
