Beautiful location Clear Water!

We had a great stay! Perfect location, well appointed cabin, beautiful waterfront with clear water and a swim platform. The cabin setup was ideal for two families to share the space. We look forward to another visit.

Golf Weekend

Great place for 10-12 guys for a golf weekend. Close enough to Manhattan Beach to walk, short ride to Moonlight Bay. A lot of beds and couches for people to stay. Had a really bad storm and lost electric and water pressure for a while but host was very responsive and got it all fixed eventually. Area by dock was nice sandy bottom and could chill in the water.

MN Lake Visit

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin on beautiful Big Trout Lake. Plenty of room for our group of 15 and wonderfully responsive owner. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat. Be aware that there is a steep stairway down to the lake but it's sturdy and there are railings.

Fantastic Lake Rental

We had a fantastic stay at Crosslake (on Trout Lake). We went for a wedding and it was so easy. The house is large enough and has plenty of space to spread out. There was only 6 of us, several working and no issues with WiFi. The rest of the stay we spent mainly down by the dock enjoying the water. We highly recommend the house. I would suggest a car rental, we did not have one and access to taxis and uber were almost non existent.

80th Birthday

The property was nice. However it would have been nice to know that to get down to the lake from the main level of the house there were 70+ stair steps. This was not reflected in the pictures online or mentioned at all. Loved the kayaks and paddle boat. Kitchen utensils and pans could use an upgrade. We were unable to get tv in basement to work. (I didn’t inform owner). Owner was very nice and responsive to any questions

Brian and Lindsey acquired this property in August 2022. They love the lake cabin life and thought this was the perfect opportunity to have our 4 kids Ages 1 to 10 get to experience it as well as other guests who love the lake. Brian grew up on the waters of Lake Mille Lacs and was always found to be on the water or in the woods. He was a fishing guide on Mille Lacs for 8 years while in college. Lindsey was born and raised in Grand Forks, ND but always enjoyed getting away to the lake.

We moved back from Naples, FL to be closer to family and enjoy the 4 seasons. We can't wait to share our lake cabin with you and hope you enjoy making memories with family and friends by the lake as much as we do!!
