Coastal Condo - Walk to Bridge Street
Welcome to your cheerful island getaway! This bright, coastal 1BR condo (sleeps 4) is perfectly located just a short walk to the beach (900 ft), marina (150 ft), Historic Bridge Street (800 ft), and the pier (1,056 ft).
Unit 14 is on the second floor (stairs required) and features a lovely screened front lanai with partial water views and the occasional boat passing by. Inside you’ll find a pull-out sofa, WiFi, 2 Roku TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a tub for the kiddos.
Enjoy access to the heated pool plus a beach gear storage room stocked with chairs, toys, shades, and an umbrella. You’ll have the entire condo to yourself, along with one dedicated parking space.
We’re local and just down the street (within 3 miles) if you need anything. Our storefront is at 119 Bridge Street—stop by and say hello!
This quiet, 16-unit complex offers the perfect balance: peaceful surroundings just steps from the dining, shops, and fun of Bridge Street. Once you arrive, you can walk almost everywhere or hop on the free island trolley to explore all of Anna Maria.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or VAPING WITHIN THE BUILDING, THAT INCLUDES THE LANAI , POOL, AND FRONT DOOR AREA! $250 FINE!!!

Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

Shandra and Jeff moved to Bradenton in 2017 as educators from Louisville, KY. They absolutely love the area, beach, and water. They are avid boaters that will offer tips necessary to help you enjoy our paradise. Jeff, Shandra, and their family absolutely love the convenience and options afforded in the Bradenton area!

The condo, unit 14, is on the second floor, so be ready for some steps! You'll love the view from the lanai. While we can't really call it an ocean view, you can see the water and an occasional boat passing by! From the bedroom, you will see Sarasota Bay! There's so much to do within walking distance. Then, you add the free trolley stop for even more island action.
