The Oceana Pearl is a well-furnished home located in a beautiful old style Keys neighborhood, and it is perfect for taking morning or evening strolls, kayaking, and just soaking in the Keys lifestyle. The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable, but centrally located to easily access great restaurants, dive shops, Pennekamp State Park, and local hangouts like the World-Famous Caribbean Club.

Located only three houses from the ocean, guests can enjoy access to an incredibly quiet community beach where you can watch a perfect Keys sunrise every morning or take a quiet swim. Walk to the end of the street and watch the sun come up every day over the ocean or just jump into the water which is part of Pennekamp State Park! Snorkel, fish and swim during the day and sit and watch the moon rise in the evening!

The inside of the Pearl boasts a large living room with plenty of lounging space - multiple sofas of which two convert to full-size sleepers. The fully equipped kitchen includes 2 large counters with seating on two sides and an adjoining dining room for eight. The house is equipped with hi-speed internet and WIFI on four Smart TVs, which are in the living room, Bermuda room, and both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have king-sized beds, one with an ensuite bathroom. The sunny Bermuda room (Living Room 2) has two twin daybeds to lounge and enjoy the balmy Keys breeze from the ocean, or you can convert these day beds to nap or sleep. The home has two full bathrooms with showers, as well as a washer and dryer. For the anglers, there is a bait refrigerator in the shed for your bait, and your days catch! If you must, there is space to work remotely inside or take your laptop out under the shady palms or on one of the two decks!

To complete your Keys experience - walk out to a tropical living space in a serene 14,000 square foot private garden - covered with shady palm trees, lounging and seating areas (including hammocks), a BBQ, large back deck, and a fire pit.
