Beautiful setting on False River with wonderful furnishings.

Beautiful yard with plenty of grass area to play and entertain. A great pier with a swing and a beautiful 180 degree view of False River. There is a swim deck for fun and entertainment right from your very own pier. Great for swimming, fishing, or kayaking.

Close to great restaurants and shops in New Roads.

Great for Summer and Winter getaway.

Master Bedroom with a king bed and an attached bathroom with huge tub and separate shower

Second Bedroom with full bed.

Third Bedroom with 2 queen beds that can comfortably fit 4 adults.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Very peaceful area. We loved the large screened area to keep the evening bugs away. We would definitely stay here again if we are going to be in that area.

overall, the place was clean and nice. the couch was badly stained, but otherwise clean. it was also difficulty to see the house from the main road especially at night.

Charming Campy Vibes

My family had a great time staying here. The sofa seemed like it could use a cleaning, but everything else was very clean. The A/C worked well and there was plenty of parking. The place is very charming and reminded me of the camps we rented when I was a kid. We would definitely stay here again.

False River weekend

We enjoyed our short overnight stay, enjoyed the view of the lake from the porch. Beds were extremely comfortable and clean even had a nice beds nice clean fragrance as well! will definitely stay here again!

Nice little spot!

Stayed here with my husband (avid fisherman), adult son (couch potato), his wife and their 2 year old son. There was plenty of room for everyone and we enjoyed the dock. Only wish there had been better weather. Host had great communication. Would stay again!

Nice little get away

Stay was great. Fit perfect for our needs. The kids had a great time out on the lake. The only negative was the driveway was a little too steep, be very careful coming into and exiting the property.

Nice stay

The property was nice but I didnt realize I wouldnt be able to see the river from indoors. The inside was clean and well kept ( except for the couch-it needs to be steam cleaned or replaced.). Overall, a pleasant stay.

Nice Camp

The location is great - on False River waterfront. Property is a house trailer, nicely furnished with clean, comfortable beds and couches. The linens and towels are fresh and new. The A/C is cool and the hot water never ran out. Everything worked great - from the kitchen appliances to the WiFi and TV. The living area is roomy and open. Perfect for our family of eight.

Nice view

Very hard to locate. Street address not very visible from highway. Patio area needed good cleaning. Several lights were not working. AC would not cool at bedtime. Inside was very clean.

The driveway was pretty scary but we made it in and out numerous times. Ifound 2 washcloths mixed in my clothes. Sorry. Also sorry for forgetting the food in frodge. I hope someone ate the german chocolate cake. It was delish!
