Nuestro condominio con vista al mar es espacioso con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y sala de estar bien ventilada. Las puertas corredizas de vidrio se deslizan hacia el lanai creando una transición perfecta entre la vida interior y exterior con vista al océano y la espectacular vista del atardecer. A solo unos pasos de la concurrida playa de Sugar Beach, que te da la sensación de tener tu propia playa privada. Los muebles recientemente renovados, la cocina totalmente equipada, la gran televisión de pantalla plana, el DVD y muchas más comodidades brindan un estilo de vida y vacaciones incomparables.

Ahhh la magia de Maui ... Maui es la segunda más grande de las islas hawaianas y su magia hace que la gente vuelva año tras año.

Imagina que estás en un paraíso tropical sin nada que hacer más que disfrutar de la hermosa isla de Maui. El espíritu Aloha reemplaza el ajetreo y el bullicio de su vida ocupada. Wailana Kai está a solo unos pasos de la mundialmente famosa playa de arena blanca de Maui, Sugar Beach. Con 5 millas de largo, Sugar Beach es la playa más larga del estado de Hawái y es ideal para largas caminatas, tomar el sol, nadar, bucear, practicar windsurf, piragüismo y relajarse.

La bahía alberga las ballenas jorobadas de diciembre a mayo cuando entran a parir. Puedes ver a las ballenas mientras se escapan.

Great Location!

My wife and I along with her sister and brother-in-law spent the New Year here. The location of this condo is central to everything and you are still pretty much right on the beach. You can watch the sunset from your balcony or take a short walk across the rd to the beach. Watch for the green flash right as the sun disappears if there are no clouds, it is very cool! The condo was nicely furnished and well equipped with everything that you need on vacation. The beds were very comfortable and all of us slept great. there are wonderful restaurants all over the island and you are close to all of them. I would highly recommend this condo.

Amazing experience .Great value for money

Condo is just 2 minutes from the cozy beach. All amenities are in good shape and there are some water toys for kids too. We loved this place as kitchen was fully equipped and both the bedroom had good beds. Best part I liked is the patio. You can see ocean from there and having a morning tea in the patio is one I miss the most. Local grocery store, drug store and farmers market are just 5 minutes away (driving) . There are 2 supermarket at 15 minutes driving distance. Safeway and Times supermarket . Farmers market is open 9 am - 4 pm. There is one Indian restaurant called as Monsoon India which is 5 minutes from the condo. It has great ocean view and serve delicious food. Overall we had a great experience and it's definitely a great value for the money.

nice, CLEAN, and great location

We stayed in an upper corner unit and it gets 5 stars for being very, VERY clean, and NO sightings of cockroaches. NONE! plenty of room for us 3 adults. Many items were available for our use; two of the three beach chairs were broken, (we bought 2 of our own) a nice beach umbrella, plenty of beach towels, a stroller, boogie boards and a selection of books. Nice tv in the living, and good sized tv's in the bedrooms. WIFI was almost painfully slow in the evenings. AC units worked well, though we didn't use much. Fans in the rooms did a good job keeping the air moving. The sunset viewing was nice from the lanai and living room, and we could hear the waves at night. The kitchen was well stocked including a rice cooker and blender. Ice maker in freezer met our needs for our drinks and our day trip cooler. My *only* complaint was the master bed; a thick foam pad over an old soft mattress was too soft, unsupported and not very comfortable. The sheets were polyester and with the foam topper, the fitted sheet was too small to stay tucked under the corners. Also, your body didn't slide when you rolled over so every time you moved, the bottom fitted sheet pulled out. By morning, we had a wadded up bottom sheet under us. That is my only complaint. The pool is clean yet small, tucked behind the building, The pool at the complex next door was very inviting and the day we arrived we were invited to join their daily 5pm cocktail party. Washer and dryers were next to the pool, and took $1.50 in quarters for a wash. There was a drying rack in the unit, and it took no time to dry the clothing. The owner is updating the unit, and It is decorated very nicely. Samantha, admin sec, was quick to respond when we had a question, her welcome letter is filled with excellent info and recommendations and the owner of the unit called to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything. This location is perfect for exploring the island as Kihei is centrally located. It's off the road, quiet, and safe. At night we could hear the waves. Being able to walk across the street to the beach and watch the sun set was fabulous! Sugar Beach is pretty, and a lot of people walk, jog and run the length of it. We walked up a mile to the Sugar Beach Bake shop for fresh malasadas and coffee . We figured one mile in the sand equaled 2 miles, so that justified a couple donuts, right?

Comfortable and close to the beach

Everything was great. Not fancy, but comfortable. We stayed three weeks. Enjoyed the fact that the AC worked well in the evenings and the upstairs apartment was cool and pleasant. Would have been nice to have a smart TV to be able to get more than just local channels.

Perfect location

The condo was perfectly located, directly across from the beach and a short block from an area frequented by sea turtles. Short drive to most activities. The owner responded promptly to questions and was extremely helpful in providing suggestions for food and activities. Would definitely stay here on future trips to the island.

Cleaning crew is not doing their job. Condo was very dirty upon our arrival..

We have been coming to Maui for years and always stay in North Kihei. Would possibly stay here again if unit was cleaned, or don't charge me a cleaning fee and I will clean it myself. I will start my review with the positive things about the unit.... First off, Samantha, the property manager was great. She was very responsive when I called or texted her. Upon our arrival, we had an issue with the electronic door lock. It didn't work, but we were able to get in using the key from the lock box on the door once we got the code from Samantha. She came over to the unit and changed the batteries in the electronic door lock and it did work for about a day, then quit working again. We gave up trying to get it to work and just used the key. No big deal, so don't rely on the electronic door lock, just use the key and it you'll be fine. *The unit is in a nice location, at least we think so anyway. We love Sugar beach access right across the street and that area is centrally located to the highway to go any direction you wanna go for sight seeing spots. Also, it's more quiet on that end of Kihei. *We thought the beds were comfortable. *It was nice to have a partial ocean view from the lanai. *Great breeze through the unit with the windows open. *Lots of spices left from other guests and also sun screen and other things like bug spray, peroxide, after sun lotion and even nail polish remover. *The showers had dispensers that supplied soap, shampoo & conditioner, and that was nice. *There were 3 beach chairs, 2 beach tote bags,, 1 small soft fabric-type cooler, beach toys and an umbrella to use. *They supplied a brita pitcher and filter so that was nice, even though we always bring our own. I was surprised to see they supplied one. Sure beats buying bottles of water. We don't do that, we try to leave a lesser footprint on the island and filter our water. *Air conditioning in the bedrooms & living room was nice, in addition to ceiling fans. *Kitchen was fairly well equipped. The negative.... The unit was really dirty upon our arrival. I spent 2 hours just surface cleaning the place. I think the only thing the cleaning crew did before we arrived was wipe the counters & sinks, changed the sheets on the beds (though not on the hideabed), and a poor sweep job. The cleaning in the unit has not been kept up, not deep cleaning or even just good surface cleaning. Tubs and toilets were dirty. Oven was filthy. Moldy shower curtain liners. Too much to list-out of room

Maui Wedding

The condo was in a wonderful Cul-de-sac, not far off the main road. It was quiet and peaceful. The ocean is literally at the front of our street and the beach there is sandy. The condo was smaller than I thought it was in pictures, it is on the second floor so hard for my mom and husband to go up and down. Pictures/info show TV’s in both bedrooms and there are not. They had plenty of everything else! Toys, beach toys, portable crib, beach chairs. Great for younger couples.

Apartment mit gutem Pres-Leistungs-Verhälnis

Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse (Sackgasse) mit Meeresblick und ca. 2 km vom Zenrtum Kiheis entfernt. Es hat zwei getrennte Bäder und Schlafzimmer aber es für mehr als 4 Personen nicht geeignet ist. Es ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet (man hält sich da ja sowieso nur zum schlafen auf). Zum Strand sind es ca. 100 m wo man mal schnell eine Abkühlung geniessen darf. Es gibt aber noch viele schöne Strände auf Hawaii. Die Kommunikation mit Samantha verlief ohne Probleme und Sie antwortete schnell auf alle Anfragen. Fazit : bei einem nächsten Besuch auf Maui würden wir es wieder buchen

Great location

I love the quiet beaches in north Kihei. The location was great and the property manager was super nice and fast to return contacts. The only down side was the lack of laundry facilities in the unit. Had to go outside t the end of the building. The pool is very small and only had 4 chaises loungers . Overall it was fine

Very comfortable!

Great stay on the beautiful island of Maui

Great place to stay on the sunny side of the island. Awesome sunsets on the beach just minutes by foot away . We enjoyed this condo as a perfect place to start our tours. It‘s very quite, well equipped just the beds are a little too soft for our liking. Friendly contact and no further issues as all. Mahalo nui loa for a nice stay.

Quiet condo across street from ocean

This condo is fantastic, quiet ( we heard zero noise from neighbors), clean, centrally located so you can enjoy north beaches, wailea beaches, and all the rest in between. It's well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation ( beach gear, sand toys, kitchen utensils, spices, just show up with your clothes and you are set).

Nice and convenient

The condo is exactly as advertised. It is close to shopping, airport, other main cities (Lahaina), beach and attractions. My family of 5 (all kids over 19 yrs old) enjoyed our 3-day stay. We utilized the beach chairs and towels. We were happy to not lug all that stuff from home. We would have used more of the amenities (e.g. pool, boogie board, etc.) If our stay was longer. Samantha was very responsive to everything. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Place was exactly as described

We stayed at the condo for 2 weeks with our kids. The place was exactly as described on the website. We used the beach chairs, coolers, and boogey boards supplied in the condo every day. It was a great location where we could see the ocean and sunset everyday and hear the waves crashing on the beach. Shopping was close by as well. The one day that we had problems with the cable, Samantha had it fixed immediately. We would definitely return to stay at this condo!

Cute and convenient, but not super clean

We enjoyed our stay in Maui. Overall, we though this rental was ok. Cute, but a little small for six...especially with little kids. We have a 3 and 1.5 yo, and it was hard to keep them out of everything. The place is not the cleanest when we got there. I thought it had a faint smell of smoke or something...and we even saw a couple cockroaches. However, the place was stocked with beach toys and towels, and even a few beach chairs. It was also nice that the condo provided a queen size air mattress; very useful for the littles. Communication: 4/5 Comfort: 3/5 Cleanliness: 2.5/5 Location: 4/5
