3 dormitorios, 2 baños 1ª planta en condominio buscados North Ocean City. Este bloque de apartamentos océano está a pocos pasos de la playa. Perfecto para los amigos o familiares - hay mucho que ver en todo!
Dos dormitorios tienen camas matrimoniales con televisores de pantalla plana y una tiene un baño contiguo. El tercer dormitorio es perfecto para los niños con 2 camas individuales. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama para dormir huéspedes adicionales. La cocina está totalmente equipada para hacer una comida para todo el mundo o visitar uno de los muchos restaurantes cercanos. Después de un día lleno de diversión, podrá relajarse en el porche o en la espalda.
Hay un montón de diversiones de la familia con el golf en miniatura, una sala de cine y un parque acuático dentro de algunos bloques. Tome un paseo en bicicleta hasta Northside Park o hasta Fenwick Island, con una de nuestras bicicletas disponibles. Hay muchos restaurantes y bares cerca, o tomar el autobús OC para un paseo corto hasta el famoso paseo marítimo. The condo itself was great. It’s very close to the beach and has evenything you need. The only downside was thin walls. You can hear every movement of the renters upstairs.

Great Stay

Our multi-generational family enjoyed our stay here. Back lawn space was great for the pup and plenty of parking. Inside was nicely updated and a great porch. We would stay here again!

Teachers on Summer Break

4 teachers took 5 days to go to Fenwick Beach. This property was perfect. Walking distance to the beach. Enough beds for 4 people. Everything we could hope for.I contacted the owner twice and she replied within minutes. We'd go back in a heart beat.

Great property and my dog loved it too

Our family stayed here over Labor Day weekend. We loved the location, easy access to the beach, and all the amenities. Our lab loved being able to vacation with us and spending the evenings on the front porch. The host was great to work with and would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Lovely Condo by the Beach

Our family and dog stayed at the condo for a long weekend. The house was charming and well stocked. The neighbors were friendly and there were plenty of places nearby to eat. The owners provided helpful guides to the area. I would highly recommend this location.

Great stay

We loved that the beach was not even a half a block away and was more secluded than riding up to the boardwalk. The property was nice and cozy and fit everyone in my family. It would have been nice if there was a tv in the “kids” room ( room with 2 twin beds) but we made it work with tablets for the littles. It was nice having the convenience of a kitchen to cook. The property manager Rachel was so nice and helpful and was available anytime I needed her. Thank you for everything Rachel! We had a wonderful stay.

Overall enjoyed the place! Great location, plenty of room in the home, parking was great, and it was extremely easy to communicate with the owner. Linens and paper products were not provided, but I really appreciate the fact that we were told that in the rental agreement. Overall great stay

Family vacation with furry member

Overall cozy condo with basic creature comforts and fairly nice decor. We had great weather and all adults and a small dog for the stay. Great book selection, however the television situation could be a bit better. Easy access to beach, mini golf and shopping for necessities. Neighborhood residents were friendly and welcoming.

Perfect

Front porch is great with plenty of seating to wind down at the end of day. Close walk to beach. Made it easy to come back to house to use bathroom or grab lunch. Living room and kitchen were spacious and well stocked. Our family of 5 plus dog fit perfect.

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed at this adorable condo for a week in July! It was clean and just what we needed for a week away from all the “normal” chaos in our lives. Pros: dog friendly, close to the beach-maybe a one minute walk- if that! ( awesome for my older parents) There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. There is a welcome book with great info from the home owners with places to eat etc… To sum it up great week, great location, great condo! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet week away!

Wonderful Stay

The property itself was very clean and comfortable and the owners responded quickly to inquiries. I didn’t end up using the shower in the “master bedroom” because it was a bit small but sharing the main bathroom was fine for three of us. The first three nights of our stay were very quiet but that got less so once we had upstairs neighbors. This of course is no fault of the owners but the noise did keep our dog on high alert until the early morning hours!

Great Family Vacation

We stayed at this place with 6 family members and everyone enjoyed every day of the vacation we spent here. The condo itself is very clean and has a very good marine design - very comfy! The overall layout and images shown in the condo overview were as described. We cooked our meals there and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed (for cooking and serving). Had lots of parking spaces (several parking spaces behind the condo and many spaces in front of the condo. The neighborhood itself was quiet, and we actually liked it better (in comparison to living near the boardwalk). There are also 2 mini golf places across the road. Beach itself is 1 block away. The owners were very responsive. Thank you for the great stay Rachel and Sarah!

Family vacation with a 4 year old

Clean and modern. We chose it for the first floor location for my older parents and the dog-friendly rental. My 4 year old loved walking to the beach every day and getting takeout pizza and subs from Billy's almost next door.
