Newly furnished modern 2 bedroom 2 bath Condo is on the top floor of the Historic Marymount College Building located in Salina, Ks. adjacent to the Salina Country Club. This beautiful condo has large windows and a large open air balcony that overlooks Iron Ave. Downtown shops and restaraunts are just minutes away. The modern open concept offers a fully stocked chefs kitchen, dining for 6 and a large living space including a 65" smart tv. Master bedroom has a king size bed, 50" smart tv, on-suite with walk-in shower and washer/dryer located in walk-in closet. The Guest bedroom has a queen bed and an on-suite with walk-in shower.
Guests will enjoy full club access at Salina Country Club for duration of stay. This includes, golf (cart & greens fees not included), tennis, swim, fitness and restaraunt access. Rooftop deck for entertaining, relaxation with 360 degree views of Saline County. On site parking with elevator access and private keyless entry. Free wifi. Smart tv's include cable tv, and allows guest to login with own credentials to streaming services.

A great stay

We enjoyed our stay! It was nice to have 2 very nice bedrooms with bathrooms for 2 couples. The place is very comfortable and clean. It is a fun place to stay since it has so much history.

Great Stay!

Beautiful condo! Everything was so clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking home meals. Lots of room in the condo to hang out and I loved how private it was. The balcony was okay. We would have enjoyed it more if we didn't find a live pigeon living under the furniture bench along with a dead one (which smelled pretty bad), and the area it was living under was covered with pigeon feces. We enjoyed the Salina Country club! Very nice golfing. It would have been nice if we were given more information on the country club's dining experience and pool hours/access. Overall, we had a great stay!

There less than 24 hours. Very pretty place to stay. Shared overall concerns with manager. Overall issues related to temperature control. Building is amazing and view off balcony very nice.

Great room in a very cool historic old building. Modern amenities. Pots/pans/plates/etc, but bring all of your own supplies. K-cup plus drip coffee maker, but drip coffee maker takes whole beans. Killer balcony, each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Showers only, no tubs.Read the check-in instructions carefully, and have them available when you check-in, or you may have trouble finding the room - but the instructions are accurate. I didn't read them carefully, and wandered for 10 minutes at least, but that's not bad, lots to explore in this building.
