This studio sits on the second floor of its building, where it enjoys views of the mountains and evergreen treetops across Lake Tahoe Boulevard. Within half a mile, you can stroll to Lake Tahoe itself, the Bijou Municipal Golf Course, waterfront restaurants, and all sorts of conveniences. El Dorado Beach is less than a mile west and Heavenly Mountain Resort and the casinos of Stateline are less than two miles east.

After a summer day spent swimming in the lake or hiking the Rubicon Trail, come home for a dip in the pool and hot tub and a few games of cards outside on the shaded balcony. In the snowy winter months, curl up by the gas fireplace to watch a favorite movie on streaming or cable.

The air-conditioned interior is roomy, comfortable, and full of light. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchenette (with a mini-fridge, an oven and stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher), a dining table, and another table where you can set up your laptop and log onto the complimentary WiFi.

There is no washer/dryer.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

This rental is located on floor 2.

Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only.

Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
