Villa Cascadas is a luxury high end villa with front line views over Fuerteventura Golf Course. It is located on a quiet residential road which has little or no traffic so very safe. It has a large landscaped garden which includes a private heated swimming pool, a 7 hole putting green, an outdoor solar shower, comfortable reclining sun loungers along with 2 swing chairs. It is only a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport and is very close to all amenities like the gorgeous local beaches and shopping centres. The inside has an open plan living room with a 55" oled smart tv and large comfortable sofas, a dedicated desk area for those who want to work remotely and a dining area. We had a really relaxed stay, we all enjoyed the villa, especially the pool and the outdoor spaces. We stayed for 10 nights and my only regret was we didnt book for 14.

Utterly gorgeous villa with all the amenities

We've stayed on Las Cascada's before but this villa really stands out as one of the best!The villa's size means that each and every room is a good proportion, presented spotlessly clean and with a few welcome goodies in the fridge. I can't think of any gadgets or home comforts we were missing, the owner has thought of pretty much everything!We had a couple of questions on arrival but these were dealt with quickly by the local property manager who is only at the end of the phone if we got stuck.Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

A short drive from the airport. Walking distance to local shops and beach. Well-managed and clean property with brilliant views over the golf course and a mini course in the garden. Plenty of amenities at the villa for a relaxing break.

Fantastic Villa

We’ve hired villas all over the Canaries and this is the best we’ve found . Very high quality throughout and in lovely area. Both the owner and manager couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was good from start to end. Feels so open with the views over the golf course almost like it’s part of your garden. Easy walk to local shops or a taxi ride which always arrived within 5 mins of us calling. Overall a fantastic holiday and a great villa. Will definitely go back.

Lovely

Right from booking the owner was in contact, her manager was in resort the same, painless arrival and all as described. We have stayed in numerous villas in the resort and this one was easily in the top one. Everything was available within the villa to make our stay as easy as possible, kitchen fully stacked with all you needed and a nice welcome awaited our arrival. Pool was quite deep for resort standards and lovely and warm. The outside area was stunning with electronic pool cover, swinging hammocks and lovely reclining sun beds. Will definitely look to book this again. Easy walk to Atlantic and 25 mins to resort. 5€ taxi home from resort and 20€ to and from airport. Just lovely

Beautiful and well equipped Villa

Perfect location to enjoy the island, the local shops and harbour and was an ideal 15 min drive from the airport. The villa itself is very well equipped and beautifully styled. The Owner was also wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable about the location which all helped us to plan and enjoy our stay we would be very happy to return.

Everything taken care of

We have stayed in many villas across Europe, but this ranks as one of the best. Cleanliness was outstanding and all the small extras really made the difference. So nice to have shampoo, shower gel, plentiful cleanning products, towels, multiple sun beds, cold drinking water and even beer on arrival all provided. Only negative was no access to roof terrace (but really not a big deal). Would throughly recommend.

We are new to the rental market in Fuerteventura for 2023. We have owned Villa Cascadas for the last 10 years and have spent that time renovating and decorating the villa to a high standard both inside and outside. We are very proud of the final result and hope if you choose this villa you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Villa Cascadas is new to the rental market for 2023. It has been upgraded to the highest standard throughout having spent the last 10 years renovating it. Both inside and out will not disappoint with front line views of Fuerteventura's prestigious golf course both from the garden and from the open plan living room and dining room. It has all the comforts you would expect from a premium rental i.e. high speed internet, satellite tv and wireless phone charging throughout the villa. Also it has its own private heated swimming pool with 6 luxury sun loungers as well as 2 swing chairs. In the garden you will also find a 7 hole putting green for the golf enthusiast or just for those who want to have a little bit of fun. Inside there are 3 large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large ensuite with walk in shower and double sinks as well as a wc and bidet. Also in the master bedroom you will find a 48" tv and an Apple TV for viewing. The second bedroom has a king size bed along with a double wardrobe, wireless phone charging and a Bluetooth speaker. Bedroom 3 is a twin room again with wireless phone charging and double wardrobes. There is a second large bathroom with walk in shower, double sinks, and Japanese wc. The loving area comprises of a large open plan living / dining area which you will find all the amenities you may require, ie 55" OLED tv, sky, dvd plus a collection of dvds, 2 large comfortable sofas leading into the spacious dining room. Here you will find large patio doors that lead you out onto the terrace where no doubt you will spend most of the time. The outdoors has a newly laid patio area with a lovely reading area, a large dining table and chairs, a comfortable L-shaped sofa for relaxing and a weber gas bbq. All of this overlooks the garden, pool and golf course.

Villa Cascadas is a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport so no long transfer times. It has spectacular views over the golf course. It is convenient to a large shopping centre which also has a number of restaurants. It is also very close the stunning sandy beach which is located directly behind the shopping centre. It is a 5 minute taxi ride or a 25 minute walk to the main strip of restaurants in Caleta de Fuste so again so practical for all aspects of your holiday.
Villa Cascadas can also be used as a hub for remote working as it has high speed internet, a desk and chair and a printer should you require to log on work during your stay.
