We are new to the rental market in Fuerteventura for 2023. We have owned Villa Cascadas for the last 10 years and have spent that time renovating and decorating the villa to a high standard both inside and outside. Villa Cascadas is new to the rental market for 2023. It has been upgraded to the highest standard throughout having spent the last 10 years renovating it. Both inside and out will not disappoint with front line views of Fuerteventura's prestigious golf course both from the garden and from the open plan living room and dining room. It has all the comforts you would expect from a premium rental i.e. high speed internet, satellite tv and wireless phone charging throughout the villa. Also it has its own private heated swimming pool with 6 luxury sun loungers as well as 2 swing chairs. In the garden you will also find a 7 hole putting green for the golf enthusiast or just for those who want to have a little bit of fun. Inside there are 3 large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large ensuite with walk in shower and double sinks as well as a wc and bidet. Also in the master bedroom you will find a 48" tv and an Apple TV for viewing. The second bedroom has a king size bed along with a double wardrobe, wireless phone charging and a Bluetooth speaker. Bedroom 3 is a twin room again with wireless phone charging and double wardrobes. There is a second large bathroom with walk in shower, double sinks, and Japanese wc. The loving area comprises of a large open plan living / dining area which you will find all the amenities you may require, ie 55" OLED tv, sky, dvd plus a collection of dvds, 2 large comfortable sofas leading into the spacious dining room. Here you will find large patio doors that lead you out onto the terrace where no doubt you will spend most of the time. The outdoors has a newly laid patio area with a lovely reading area, a large dining table and chairs, a comfortable L-shaped sofa for relaxing and a weber gas bbq. All of this overlooks the garden, pool and golf course.
