Nueva villa independiente en primera línea en el prestigioso campo de golf de Fuerteventura

Contemporáneo NUEVO Construir 3 dormitorios, 2 baños 5 * Villa con capacidad para 6 personas.

Casa Palmer domina el 16º campo de golf Green of Fuerteventura: este campo de golf de campeonato fue sede del Open de España en 2004. La Villa tiene fantásticas vistas de la calle y desde la terraza de la azotea se pueden disfrutar de excelentes vistas al océano.

El área exterior cuenta con una piscina privada (climatizada sin costo adicional), tumbonas, barbacoa y mesa y sillas de comedor al aire libre. Incluso hay una práctica Putting Green para disfrutar ...

El dormitorio principal, con cama doble, tiene un baño con ducha a ras de suelo. Hay otro dormitorio con una cama doble y un tercer dormitorio con dos camas individuales. Todas las habitaciones tienen armarios empotrados y aire acondicionado (¡y muchas perchas!)

Hay una cocina moderna totalmente equipada con horno / vitrocerámica, microondas, lavavajillas y frigorífico, y el área de lavandería ofrece acceso adicional a una lavadora.

La sala de estar da a la piscina y al 16th Green. Ofrecemos WiFi de cortesía y TV multicanal con películas, Sky Sports junto con un reproductor de DVD y un altavoz BOSE para escuchar música.

La Villa está situada en una excelente posición con acceso a todos los servicios locales: supermercados, bares y restaurantes a poca distancia. El centro de Caleta De Fuste está a unos 15 minutos a pie, a 10 minutos a pie del centro comercial Alantico y la playa. Si prefiere un taxi, solo le costará aproximadamente 3/5 euros por trayecto.

La Villa se encuentra a solo 15 minutos en taxi desde el aeropuerto y cuesta alrededor de 15 euros por trayecto.

También se proporciona para su comodidad: tabla de planchar, plancha, secador de pelo (uno en cada baño), toallas de baño y playa y caja fuerte de seguridad.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Palmer, the Villa had everything we needed with a lovely view of the golf course and all day sun. The pool was great for the family and nice unexpected surprise that it was heated during our stay.We hired a car for convenience but the location of the villa is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and amenities.All in all we had great stay and would recommend to anyone seeking a relaxed stay with a great location near to all shops and restaurants.

Fantastic property. Super clean with everything you’d need for a family holiday. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Pool area is excellent and air con in all 3 bedrooms is a big plus. Can’t wait to return here in the future.

Throughly enjoyed our return trip to Villa Palmers! Villa is just as advertised and absolutely amazing! 25 stars!!! Location is perfect for golf lovers and access to all amenities, beach a 10 min walk. Heated pool is a bonus with lots of comfortable chairs and sunbeds. Aircon in all bedrooms means everyone gets a comfortable nights sleep. So all in all a very relaxing stay. A car is not essential as airport is only a 15 min drive away but an advantage if you want to explore the island. Have booked a return trip already and can’t wait to return.

Just come back from a week stay, had a great time, lovely spacious villa with nice scenery near to the beach with a really well heated pool. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a quiet break but close to shops, restaurant and the beach.

Brilliant place to stay

We have stayed in a few villas around this area and this was our favourite one so far. Villa has everything you could need and everything in the villa was of high spec. Communication with owners was easy. We would definitely stay here again. Thankyou to Joanna and Michal.

Fantastic chill out villa

We loved this villa. The views are awesome and the location is great - just a few minutes walk away from the Atlantico shopping centre and 15 minutes walk from the centre of Caleta. This is a very modern villa, well equipped with everything I needed to enjoy a well earned break. We will definitely be back!

Really nice villa, plenty of room for all 6 adults. Great location short walk into main town / beaches or only 3 or 4 euros for taxi. Very clean and great pool. Communication with owner was faultless always prompt and helpful replies especially as original booking was affected by covid lockdown.

Just back from a fantastic holiday,villa was great just like the weather, the location is brilliant as you can walk to all the bars, shops and restaurants. It was only the wife and I so a villa was a lot more space than we needed,but we sure enjoyed the extra room and the pool was a bonus

Excellent accommodation in an idyllic setting

Wonderful villa in a peaceful setting, equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday. Outdoor area was excellent with lovely comfortable seats and beds for long lazy days. Heated pool was an absolute bonus! Everything shops/bars within walking distance. Will defo return 5star accommodation! Contact with Jo the owner was excellent, any questions answered pronto.

Wonderful Villa for our winter sun break

We had a wonderful time in this Villa. It was beautiful inside and out and we could tell it was done with care. The pool was great and the area outside too. We loved the view over the golf course. The walk down by the sea into Caleta was lovely. Joanne was so helpful all the way through the process. Would thoroughly recommend!

Fantastic villa

Communication with owners was very quick. All questions answered. Villa was spotless. Had everything you needed. Pool area was amazing, so much space - to sunbathe, dine or just chill with a glass of whatever. Will definitely return. And you get the sun all day.

Stunning 5 ⭐️ villa - beautiful location

We had an amazing week celebrating our Anniversary. This villa is stunning. Spacious rooms with welcome air conditioning. Located on edge of beautiful golf course so very peaceful when sitting by its lovely pool. You are only a short stroll away from Centre of Caleta and all it has to offer. Villa is absolutely spotlessly clean and very comfortable and luxurious. Definitely will be returning x

Brilliant place, better than expected

Place was clean, tidy and larger than expected. It was in a quiet residential area that was close/walkable to everything. The view of the golf course was lovely but still wasn't really overlooked making it great. It had everything you would need and booking and communication was easy. The heated pool was great. If considering booking you would not be disappointed, go for it

Don't look any further this is the villa.

If you need a 3-bed villa in Caletta de Fuse look no further. The villa and pool area are first class, clean modern and well kept. It really asked for nothing, we will defiantly be back. Thank you Jo for having us.

A few years ago, my partner and I visited Fuerteventura and we instantly fell in love with the place. We decided to search for a property there to make it our new home. Beautiful beaches, restaurants, and landscapes await you in Caleta de Fuste. The villa is just a 15-minute drive or taxi ride from Fuerteventura Airport (approximately 15 Euros one way). Conveniently, the property is situated close to a range of amenities, including supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, all reachable within a 10 to 15-minute walk or a short 5-minute taxi ride, which costs approximately 5 Euros.
