Thereā€™s space to spread out on the balcony and enjoy the spectacular view, with several seating areas and matching chaise lounges. Inside, the space has been renovated by the new owners and professionally decorated by an interior designer. Recently painted walls, new white curtains, and all-new decor combine for a bright, fresh stay. Meal prep is a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Serve up your creations at the breakfast bar, which seats four, or the dining room table, which seats another six. Even better, dine alfresco on the balcony.

After your meal, grab a beach towel and head down to the sand to start working on that tan. Alternately, youā€™ve also got access to a shared pool and hot tub. After a full day of soaking up that Vitamin D, head back to your condo to relax in the central AC. Gather together on the sectional and channel surf on the new 65-inch smart TV. if you canā€™t agree on what to watch, each bedroom also features a flatscreen TV. The unique floor plan features two beach-front main suites, each with a king bed, en suite bathroom, and balcony access. Both suites also feature newly upgraded walk-in tile showers. One of the queens also has an en suite bathroom, and one features a shared bathroom. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
