SERVICIO GRATUITO DE PLAYA: ¡2 tumbonas y sombrillas acolchadas te esperan en la playa! ¡Solo dígale al asistente que se hospedará en E 603, y ellos son suyos! ¡No más arrastrar sillas a la playa! (También hay 4 sillas de playa plegables en el condominio para su uso adicional).

Condominio AMPLIO y ACTUALIZADO: este es un plano de planta extra grande, no es el diseño típico de "escopeta". Cada habitación tiene un baño en suite y se encuentra al final de su propio pasillo para mayor privacidad.

Su "hogar lejos del hogar" está alejado de la carretera, lejos del ruido del tráfico: ¡un oasis en la playa! Ubicado en el extremo este más tranquilo, este complejo ofrece 1500 pies de frente al golfo, el más grande de la playa.

Este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños es un espacioso 1289 pies cuadrados y está ubicado en el sexto piso del Edificio E, el más nuevo de los condominios de Dunes.

El amplio dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size y espectaculares vistas del golfo. ¡Despierta por la mañana para disfrutar de los sonidos y las vistas del Golfo de México desde tu cama!

El segundo y luminoso dormitorio está ubicado en su propio pasillo para mayor privacidad. Tiene una cama matrimonial y su propio baño privado.

Las camas de ambas habitaciones fueron reemplazadas en 2014 y son súper cómodas.

El nuevo sofá cama tamaño queen tiene un excelente colchón de espuma viscoelástica, que brinda comodidad y apoyo a un adulto.

El baño principal tiene ducha y asiento con azulejos.

La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito y está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda y conveniente.

Disfrute de su café de la mañana o de las bebidas de la noche en nuestro amplio balcón.

NOTAS

La edad mínima para inquilinos en Dunes of Panama es de 25 años. Este requisito se aplica activamente.

Esta es una unidad para NO FUMADORES. La Asociación de Propietarios no permite el alquiler de mascotas.

July 3rd - 6th

We had a great stay at this beachfront condo in Florida. It was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and the view from the balcony was amazing. Waking up to the ocean every morning was a dream, and the beach access was just steps away.The only drawback was the elevator situation. With only two elevators servicing the building and us being on the 6th floor, there were some long wait times during peak hours. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if you're hauling a lot of beach gear or groceries.Overall we loved the place and would stay again! Tom and Gail are a fantastic host. They have a very helpful handbook with things to do and what to expect before you get here.

Relaxing

We had a great view of the ocean, beach and pool and a very relaxing stay. The only things that I would change about it would be a more comfortable bed and a larger fitness room.

Slice of Paradise

We had a phenomenal experience and could not have dreamed up a better location. Gail and Tom are SO kind and very responsive. The condo was well maintained and in a gated community. While there were still plenty of people to converse with, things were on the quieter side which was a huge plus!

Nice Condo!

We had a great time in PCB! Our condo was nice. Love the security at Dunes of Panama. I like this quieter end of PCB much better than Front Beach Road. I guess I’m starting to show my age now. I need low key. The chairs with the condo rental was great! Thanks for including those! Oh, and the pool is very nice too! We enjoyed our stay.

PCB stay

Everyone is very nice here. I always enjoy staying here.All kitchen cooking stuff is there to cook easy access in and out nice pool . Free beach chairs are a bonus.

Great Condo and Owner Communication

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was perfect for a family getaway. The condo was ready for check in two and a half hours early. This gave us an opportunity to get settled in and still have plenty of time to enjoy our first day. We had an issue with the keypad on July 4th and it was fixed with in 20 minutes. Gail was very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of even on a holiday. Everything about this vacation including the condo was excellent!!!

Great Dunes of Panama Stay

Great condo and great overall stay! The condo was very clean, comfortable and convenient. We had a great stay and will be booking again in the future. We travel to PCB quite often and this location and complex was perfect. Owners are very informative and all amenities provided.

Exceeded Expectations!

We’ve been staying at Dunes for 15 years and this condo has been our favorite by far! It was SO CLEAN and cozy with great towels and comfy beds. It has all of the little things that make a big difference from cozy bed/couch blankets to a wide array of kitchen utensils. The owner was so thoughtful and went the extra mile to make sure we had the best stay. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Awesome Stay

Great condo, Gail was an awesome host with great communication. She even let us check in early which was a big plus. Condo was clean and beds were comfy. We had a problem with front door and Gail sent someone out immediately to fix it 👍. We will definitely be going back

It was great.The chairs help us since we can’t put up canopies etc. Met interesting people even Ron who owns the concession had a birthday with cake.great spot .easier than staying by the shores of Panama.

Better than expected!

We stayed in this condo in late July with my mom, sister, husband and 3 children aged 1, 7, and 10. Gail was very easy to communicate with from the start. The condo was ready earlier than expected and she reached out to let me know, which we really appreciated. The condo was very clean and looked better than the pictures even. The kitchen had anything we needed, the closet had a broom and vacuum for easy cleaning up after bringing in sand and having children in there. The beds were comfy and there were ample extras blankets and pillows. My older children slept on the bunk bed and seemed comfy. The views if the beach were perfect from the balcony. There was a good amount of seats on the balcony as well. We rarely waited for an elevator and there were carts easily available for check in and check out. Parking was easy and we always had a nearby spot. We didn’t utilize the chairs and umbrella on the beach because we prefer to not be so close and have a larger space for the kids to play. Overall, there isn’t a single thing I would have changed in the condo. It was basically the perfect spot for us and we hope to return next summer!

We bought this condo so we could live in it in the winter, and share it with you all in the summer. Ongoing decorative updates and maintenance occur each winter while we are living in the condo. This past winter, the sliding doors and guest room window were replaced. The main living areas were repainted, and decor was updated. It's a dream come true for us, and we are excited to share our little piece of paradise with you!

Our guests love the spacious feel of this floor plan, and that each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, located at opposite ends of the condo, giving each bedroom privacy.

The Dunes sits on 1500 ft of beachfront. You'll have lots of room to spread out and really enjoy the beautiful water and white, sugar sand! Fall asleep to the sound of the waves! We love the Dunes, because the complex is set away from the road and feels like a real getaway from traffic and congestion found on the west end of Panama City Beach.
