If cooking at home is more your style, head back to your retreat where the well-equipped kitchen opens up to the dining area and living room, ensuring you'll be able to put on a show for your family and friends. After you've had your fill you can settle in by the wood-burning fireplace to enjoy a movie or channel surf with the large TV and cable.

When you want to be social again, head for the glimmering waters of the shared pool, only 20 yards away, or take an invigorating soak in the warmth of the shared hot tub. Also available for your enjoyment is a Ping-Pong table and tennis court.

When nightfall comes, rest assured that comfort is key during your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
