Welcome to our stunning lake-front third floor condo at the world famous Northern Bay Golf Resort. the spacious private patio features an all encompassing view of the pond on hole #2 of the golf course. Sip some coffee and watch the sunrise in peace and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking, baking, and cleaning needs. The dining and living room combine to accommodate for an ample amount of family and friends with plenty of seating everybody.
Our resort offers such a comfortable stay with tons of amenities. Relax in the pool or hot tub or kick off your day with a workout in the fitness room.
We take pride in our ability to offer such an amazing get-a-way to our guests and can't wait to welcome you to our humble abode.

The condo was beautiful and everything was well stocked didn’t need a thing great location right on the second hole would definitely come back!

Beautiful place.

The condo was very beautiful. Everything we needed was supplied. We had a number of adults and vehicles. I did not like the parking. Parking is not very close. Some of us had to park in an over flow area which was very far away from the condo. We had six people and 6 wristbands for the pool. If you wanted to go to the pool you had to wear the wrist band. Once it is on you cannot take it off. If you wanted to go to the pool more than one day you just had to wear it the whole stay. It’s hot pink. Not very fashionable. There were no instructions about the pool. There were no printed instructions about the resort. We just asked people that were around what to do when we had questions. I would rent again because the condo was very nice and clean.

Perfect for our purpose

The condo was just what we needed for our stay! It was walking distance to the event at the clubhouse, provided a large, clean space for our group to get ready and had enough comfortable beds for each person. Plus the grounds were beautiful. Malachi was communicative and didn’t require a 2-night stay, which was a relief!

Bachelorette Party Vacation

An AWESOME place to stay with a group of people. Very clean and they did an excellent job in supplying additional shampoo, conditioner, and other amenities. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the place was clean. Thank you for a great time!!!

Beautiful Condo with nice amenities and lake access

We had a family trip of 4 families w/ kids and Grandparents. We rented 3 units at Northern Bay and enjoyed the stay quite a bit. This unit was on the top floor with a great layout and nice furnishings. Very clean and really enjoyed the large bunk room. The resort was also very nice. We used the pool, sand volleyball court, beach, and the lake. There was plenty to do with all that and golf as well. We will definitely come back

Very nice place to stay

Doesn't get much better than this. Very nice condo on 3rd floor (does have elevator). Very comfortable. Only have 1 item that I felt could have been better....communication on which building to initially go to and how to get the keys. We showed up lost on where to go since we are not from there. Scrambled but did find some very helpful people that pointed us in the right direction. Besides the initial arrival, this place was fantastic.

Nice Complex

We had our yearly family golf outing. 16 played 13 stayed from all over the country, The condo had all we needed and we enjoyed betting on groups on the par 3 #2 hole off our deck.

Spacious place!

This place was great! The outsides of the condos could all use some work (not the fault of the owner) - LOTS of spiderwebs. Our front balcony was really gross with spiders all over the place. We couldn't sit out there to listen to the music on the weekend coming from the tiki bar because spiders were everywhere. Then my daughter saw one in her room so she didn't want to sleep there anymore. Thankfully there is plenty of room for her in other spiderless rooms. The check in process was confusing, as the places aren't numbered correctly and it took a while after a long trip to find where this tucked away office was, but the people were helpful and we finally got it figured out. :) Beautiful property and amenities! I would highly recommend it! Thanks to the owner for having it very clean and welcoming! Excellent trip overall!
