With a location less than one-half mile to the beach and the Shoppes at Paradise Isle - and just a bit further on to Destin Commons - guests at this spacious three-story home should pack an extra pair of flip-flops because everything is within walking distance. Henderson Beach State Park and Emerald Bay Golf Club are around two miles away if you feel like exploring a bit further afield, and if you don’t, the resort-style, zero-entry community pool is steps from your door.

Spend mornings sipping coffee and enjoying the sea breeze on your patio or either comfortably furnished balcony. Inside, you’ll find a modern, updated space with chic furnishings and an open layout. The sleek, ground-floor kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and gleaming granite countertops, and there’s plenty of room at mealtime around the marble-topped dining table.

Rent a golf cart or bicycle nearby or spend the day with your toes in the sand,
then bask in the cool of the central AC while the washer/dryer handles any laundry. Mix a cocktail at the wet bar on the middle floor, then grab a spot on the electric reclining couch on the first floor or settle into the leather sectional in the second family room to watch some TV. Can’t agree on a program? No problem - each bedroom boasts a TV of its own. Keep dinner simple with a cookout on the gas grill, then end the night in any of six well-appointed bedrooms, including a first-floor primary suite with a private spa-like bathroom. 🚗 Parking or Riding on Property: Parking permitted in driveway only- 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles. Overflow parking (first come, first serve) is available around the pool area and by the back entrance. No trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, motorcycles, jets skis, scooters (RENTAL or owned) nor any other recreational vehicles are permitted to ride or park anywhere inside the property. No parking in street right- of- way by regular vehicles this may prevent emergency vehicles access.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
