White Tail Cabin is nestled on 100 private forested acres within a Crown Game Preserve. This one of a kind property offers privacy and tranquility as your nearest neighbours are the deer who visit regularly.

Close to beaches, water sports, hiking, golfing, swimming, fishing, xcountry skiing, skating, provincial parks, ATV and snowmobile trails.
A free public boat launch and two marinas are located 5 minutes away on Jack Lake.

DURING THE WINTER MONTHS, THE PROPERTY ACCOMMODATES 6 PEOPLE.
DURING SPRING, SUMMER, AND FALL, THE PROPERTY ACCOMMODATES 8 PEOPLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE.

THE CABIN ACCOMMODATES 6 PEOPLE AND IS AVAILABLE ALL YEAR.
It has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and single bunk beds. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Linens are fresh and ready for your arrival.

THE BUNKIE (BEDROOM 3) ACCOMMODATES 2 PEOPLE, AND IS AVAILABLE IN THE SPRING, SUMMER, AND FALL, FOR AN EXTRA FEE. It has a queen size bed, fireplace, table and chairs, small fridge, keurig, toaster, and linens. The bunkie is cozy and offers an extra bit of privacy from your group.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BOOK THE BUNKIE IN ADDITION TO THE CABIN, PLEASE CONTACT THE HOST AFTER YOUR RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED TO ADD THE EXTRA COST OF $99/NIGHT + TAXES AND FEES.

The living room, kitchen, and dining area are open concept and spacious with an undisrupted, panoramic view of the surrounding forest.

The cabin is the perfect place to unplug, relax, hike, enjoy a bonfire, or play one of the provided games. To stay connected, high speed fiber internet and a smart TV are provided.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need including keurig pods, tea, oil, and basic spices. A BBQ is located outside.

The bathroom offers a large shower, toilet, and sink. Toiletries and a hair dryer are included.

You are welcome to explore the property; walk, hike, bird, enjoy the wildlife, have a bonfire, and star gaze.

The cabin embodies warmth and charm while offering all the amenities you need to relax in comfort.

Nice Private Getaway

The cabin is very clean and has all the mod cons, even though you're in the middle of the woods. The firepit is a highlight. A great woodland getaway.

What a gorgeous place to stay. Everything we needed was provided from towels, to soap, to cookeware and an excellent amount of pillows. Quiet, private cabin in the woods. Really beautiful cabin, very clean with great amenities. Beaches are about a 15 minute drive but they’re nice and have change rooms and washrooms.

Relaxing cabin

Chris is a wonderful host. His cabin is just what we needed to relax and getaway from the busy city. It is very clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and visits from a doe, a fawn and an buck! We will definitely come back.

Wonderful stay

This property was clean, modern and had everything that you would want. My friend and I met there for a visit for a couple of days. We have known each other for over 50 years but have not seen each other in over 5 years. This property was the perfect place to get together to talk, laugh and reminisce. It was quiet, private and so nice.

Beautiful cabin in the woods

If you’re looking for a getaway from the city to enjoy nature this is the place. Located in the middle of secluded woods, your only neighbors are the white tailed deer that come to check out the property. Close to a beautiful lake for boating or trails for hiking. This is a getaway to do just that, get away. Cabin itself is clean, organized and has a little something for everyone. Definitely recommend this stay.

Excellent 4 day stay.The cabin was right out of a cottage design magazine! Beautifully decorated , well equipped and cozy. Everything was well thought out. Kitchen had everything. Wall to wall windows in open concept kitchen/living room and dining room with views of the forest in every window! Loved when the deer came to the deck in the evening. Loved the comfy sectional to cozy up and read or watch tv at night. It was so peaceful and quiet and yet the village with grocery store and liquor store was only 5 minutes away. Loved everything about this place and will return soon! Thanks Chris!

White Tail cabin.

The owner gave excellent directions to the property. The property was very clean and had all the necessities that we needed, as well as a stove, fridge and microwave in great condition. The heat and water work very well. It was also a beautiful spot to observe all the stars. Our early riser saw a deer in the morning.

Wonderful family escape

We had a wonderful stay at White Tail Cabin. Chris was quick to respond to questions before we booked. The "cabin" is a wonderful home and they've thought of everything from colouring books for kids and lots of family games to extra phone chargers. The Kitchen has all you need. The property is stunning and I wish we had stayed longer as we didnt get to have a fire - next time! We'll be back!

Fantastic women’s getaway

What an amazing gem of a place. Has absolutely everything you might need and then some to make your stay perfect. All the little things were thought of. Kitchen is well stocked with really good pots and pans, great knives lots of spices and so much more. Bathroom had lots of towels, plenty of shampoo and conditioner. Bedrooms had decent mattresses with extra blankets and many pillows. Living room had plenty of things for all ages. Games/ books/ toys etc. But the location of the property is what makes it most special. Although you are only a few miles from town you are in the middle of the woods. Almost no traffic and the utmost peace and quiet. Even though we had snow, we tromped all thru the woods exploring as well as hiking the road. If you crave peace and quiet this is the place to go!!
