SITUADO EN EL PUEBLO, aprox. 100 pies caminando de la góndola, tiendas, tiendas, entretenimiento, cena fina y casual. Este un dormitorio, tamaño de la reina y un doble sacar el entrenador; dos baños (jack y Jill) condominio para cuatro personas con dos televisores de pantalla plana, DVD, cable, barbacoa en el balcón, cocina totalmente equipada, chimenea.
Piscina cubierta climatizada con jacuzzi y sauna, sala de juegos en el edificio de la piscina, lavadora y secadora en el edificio de la piscina; GRATIS Secured asignado aparcamiento subterráneo para una auto, Wi-Fi gratuito, situado en el extremo norte de la aldea, muy tranquilo.

Hay una unidad de la derecha por encima de que se puede abrir para dormir 10, es un dormitorio de dos dormitorios, área de loft (configuración de dormir, rey Cal, doble / doble / doble, duerme seis) con dos televisores de pantalla plana, dos DVD, chimenea, balcón cubierto con barbacoa, barra de cocina con sentado para 3, junto con una mesa de comedor para sentarse 6. Location, Location, Location

It was the perfect location if you are looking to stay parked and just roam the area! Everything was walking distance… from food to the free gondola up to the base for skiing. The communication was fast and everything was easy to navigate. Overall, I had no complaints and would highly recommend it for couples or solo travelers.

Perfect location and updated rental

So many of the places in Mammoth are 30 or 40 years old and feel it. This one was recently remodeled and that gives it a really nice vibe. It is right in the village, so it's great to have all those restaurants and shops and the gondola to Canyon Lodge just steps away away

Cute and Cozy!

We had a really great stay and the host was so accomodating! Perfect for a couple or family of four. The pull-out couch was surprisingly cozy! And we really liked the way the bathroom was situated -Two toilet/powder room areas with a shower in between. It's in a great location just steps to the gondola! We will definitely stay at this cute place again! Clean, modern decor with a fabulous host!

Wonderful!

We had an amazing time and Becky was very responsive and checked in to make sure our stay went smoothly. I would not hesitate to stay again! Love the underground parking, covered pool, and proximity to the Village. Very comfortable, cool breezes, great beds, and lovely furnishings.

Great Mammoth Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this conveniently located and recently remodeled condo in the Fireside complex steps to the condo. Some other positive aspects were the hot tub and pool and laundry in the building next door. The condo has a well-stocked kitchen and a Jack and Jill bathroom with 2 toilets. The complex is small and has underground parking which was a huge bonus in a blizzard! Great host, Becky is super responsive and helpful! A great stay, highly recommended.

Communication with the property manager was great. The unit is as described. Recently remodeled, very clean, great amenities, and in a great location. I would definitely stay here again!

Place was exactly as advertised. Couldn't get a better location! Just 2 of us, would maybe be a tight fit for 4. Clean and the double bathroom is very handy!

Great Condo and location

Had a wonderful weekend skiing. Great location and easy access to Gondola to Canyon lodge. Parked the car in the underground parking and walked to everything. Clean and comfortable one bedroom with nice amenities. Thanks for a great stay!

Can't beat the central location in the Village

The unit meets all our needs. We love it for the proximately to the village. We stay at this complex every year. Since we eat out the entire time, the small kitchen suits us just fine with a small fridge and microwave for leftovers, but it has an oven/stove and seems well stocked for those that need it.

Highly recommended property

This condo was just as described. Great location, spacious unit, clean, nicely decorated, reasonably priced, and above all, comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for proximity to the village. The owners were truly a pleasure to deal with and answered all of my questions as we had never rented a vacation rental before. Thank you again!

Perfect condo for small groups

This condo is a perfect catch for small groups looking to enjoy everything that mammoth has to offer. The unit itself was very clean and well maintained. Its location was perfect for easy access to the gondola (that takes you to canyon lodge) and everything the village has to offer. Once we parked our car we didn't touch it for the rest of the trip.

Location Location Location. Clean and well appointed condo.

The condo is very convenient for quick access to the Village and Gondola. It's clean and well stocked with blankets and pillows which isn't always the case. We needed the pullout couch so it's nice to have plenty of linens for everyone to sleep comfortably. The full size refrigerator in the entryway was appreciated. We just used the mini refrigerator in the kitchen to keep water and snacks cool. I would definitely stay here again.

Checkin instructions extremely poor written, incomplete and confusing. Outside grill was moldy and rusty inoperable. Humidifier did not work.

Great Location - Excellent Service

We spent a weekend here and really enjoyed the condo's proximity to the Village of Mammoth and Becky's exceptional service. The condo has a nice grill to cook on and a cozy fireplace (with wood provided). It's an easy walk to the village (and bus stops for a quick ride to Mammoth Mountain's main lodge). When the neighbors decided to do some unplanned maintence to their home, Becky was quick to get day passes to a local gym so that we wouldn't be inconvienced by the stuff going on next door. This was very helpful. I'd stay here again.

Great location, but a lot of snafus

The check in process for this stay was a night mare. We were provided codes for the garage, building, and unit that were all INCORRECT. Thankfully we arrived in the evening and were able to call the property manager, and I was grateful that we arrived earlier than anticipated. The unit itself is as described. The walls are paper thin and we could hear the party above us the whole night. But the location is perfect for skiing--5 minute walk to the gondola.

Great location perfect for two

The unit is all new (building is old). Kitchen is small and sufficient. Don’t expect to make a big meal (smaller than standard size stove / oven). Kitchen is well stocked. Location is as close as you can possibly get to the village without actually staying in a village condo. True that it’s just 100 steps (or less) to village gondola. Underground parking is a big bonus during the winter - as we were there during big storms. We will come back, but it was a bit tight with two adults and one teen son (just our preference that we probably should pay for a two bedroom). With one or two younger kids it would be enough room. Very happy with it overall!

Unbeatable location!

We had a great stay at the Village - enjoying skiing, walking to everything, keeping the car warm in the enclosed garage. There were four of us that stayed in the condo at the Village, and the pull out sofa bed worked great. The couple in the bed couldn't feel the middle bar which is a rarity in a sofa bed! Steps from the Village and the gondola, we couldn't have asked for a better location. We didn't spend much time in the condo, so we can't say much about the actual space except that it was perfectly located. Having a TV in the bedroom and living room was a nice perk and that it had full cable instead of basic, local channels. We were a little short on towels with two girls (I think we had 4 total), so maybe bring your own. If you're looking for a place to crash and get ski ready, then this is the spot! The Mammoth Brewery and EATery right behind the place were also a major plus!

Great Location, nice place

I have had the pleasure of staying at both of the condo's that this owner (Becky) rents. I really like the location, Garage, and cleanliness of the properties. Becky is great to work with, and they have gone to great detail to make your stay comfortable. While the place may not be as trendy as the village resort condo's, it's a much better deal. It's got Nice beds, decor, tv every room, and even a nice bottle of wine (thanks). For me personally, I like the one bedroom the best, and layout. if you aren;t akin to stairs, it's your better place. But they are both nice places. If the one bedroom is rented next time I go, I have no problem trying for the 2 bedroom. I would recommend staying there vs the village property. 1. it's less money, with no hidden costs like parking and silly resort fees. 2. indoor pool to yourself for the most part. AND 3. It's also quieter than the village which depending on where you end up can be a noisy time of it. My suggestion, stay in one of Becky's places, or rent both for a bigger family. They used to be one unit and only a locked door seperates them. Thanks again Becky. I'll be back!!!

Location, Location, Location, Park your car and never get it in again until you leave.... Everything available within walking distance. Restaurants, Entertainment, rental shops, hiking, skiing, gondola to the mountain for skiing or biking., mountain trails, bike trails, ski in to the village.
