Located in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac in the East Congress neighborhood, just minutes away from some of the best restaurants, bars, and attractions that Austin has to offer.

As soon as you walk in the door, you be captivated by the modern and luxurious furnishings, complimented with the beautiful accent walls in each room, which make this home truly unique. The main living area boasts a 12ft vaulted ceiling and an open floor plan that creates an inviting atmosphere. You'll feel right at home in the comfortable living room, complete with a large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for everyone.

The kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances, ample counter space, and all the cooking tools you'll need to whip up a gourmet meal. You can choose from multiple dining options including the kitchen table, bar seating or outdoor dining table.

When it's time to retire for the evening, you'll find that each of the bedrooms is designed with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a luxury-grade shower. The two additional bedrooms each have their own unique accent walls and share a second full bathroom, with a huge luxury walk-in shower. One guest bedroom features a king-sized mattress and the other two full-sized.

Don't waste too much time inside before you open the sliding doors to the backyard oasis! Relax in the sun loungers by the pool or take a dip to cool off on a hot day. The backyard also features yard games including cornhole and ladder toss, as well as 3 outdoor TVs for your entertainment. A huge fenced-in area consists of beautiful artificial grass, an awesome patio with a gazebo for sunshade and the sparkling in-ground pool!

But wait, there's more! For those seeking the ultimate tropical paradise at a toasty 90 degrees, we've got you covered. A small charge of $50/day will be needed for this temperature that ensures your pool stays in the sweet spot from 8 AM to 8 PM, delivering that perfect temperature for your leisure.
NOTE: Pool heat is available by request so we can make sure it’s warmed to 85 degrees right when you want it.

RULES:
**For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups over the age of 23+ years old. Will need ID verification.

No parties or events.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas after 10:00 p.m.; however, we kindly ask that there be no amplified music, shouting, or loud partying. If this rule is not respected, we will have to enforce a no-noise policy outdoors after 10:00 p.m. for the remainder of your stay. Additionally, if the police are called due to a noise complaint, guests will be charged a $500 fee, which reflects the fine we receive.

Pet fee is $125 (max of 2). No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.
