This is the in-law suite of our house with complete privacy.
The apartment has its own separate entrance.

PS: The dryer takes a bit longer to dry. Use it at the maximum power for longest duration.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire area mentioned in the listing with the exception of utility room and a closet in the hallway.
Other things to note
Parking is NOT available but you can use our driveway for 15 mins free parking for loading and unloading. We reserve the right to request moving your vehicle if the need be.

We do rent our 4x4 beautiful Jeep through Turo and can offer parking for an additional fee in our driveway if you are interested. Please ask us for availability and details once we are connected.

Additional rules
HOUSE RULES

1. Trash must be discarded every day in the grey waste bin outside garage. Recycling must be disposed of in the blue box.
2. Shoes must be taken off at entrance to avoid any damage to wood floors.
3. No wet mopping on wood floors.
4. The vent fan must be always on high speed while cooking.
5. The washing machine should not be filled more than half when running a load.
6. No windows should be left open while the heat or cold air is running.
7. Landlord may ask for access to unit for mechanical room or other storage area access.
8. When leaving please dispose of all trash and all bedsheets and towels must be put in washing machine.
10. No parties or events.
11. No unregistered guests. Every unregistered guest will be $60 extra per night.
12. No pets.
13. Dirty Dishes must be washed immediately.
14. All food waste should be bagged and disposed of immediately.
15. Dishes must me rinsed thoroughly before putting in dishwasher.
16. No food waste or oil should be flushed down sink or toilet.
17. No feminine hygiene products should be flushed down toilets or sinks.
18. No smoking anywhere in the unit.
19. Check in at 4:00 pm, Check out 11:00 am.
20. Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 5 am.
21. Lost keys will be a $350 charge.
22. AC/heating, water, gas and lights and any appliances must be turned off when away.
23. Please do not feed the cat or let her in the unit.
24. Be extra careful with the floors and walls. Do not slide furniture etc. that can scratch or damage the floor.
25. Make sure to clean the filter and remove the lint before and after using the dryer.
26. Claim will be filed for any damages found in the unit.
27. Please leave the place the way it was given to you.
