With a wrap-around balcony and the capacity to sleep eight guests, Unit 1929 will leave you in awe, especially during your first sunset! Enjoy the feeling of paradise in our luxurious condo, featuring million-dollar views from east to west. Start your day with morning coffee while watching the sunrise over St. Andrew State Park!

The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and all the appliances you need to make it feel like home, along with ample storage space. It is well-stocked for your cooking needs, including a coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes, a blender, a microwave, and much more. For your convenience, there is also a washer/dryer available, and all linens and towels are provided to ensure the ultimate luxury and comfort. The bathroom is spacious, featuring a shower/tub combo and a separate vanity area.

On your private wrap-around balcony, you can take in views of the popular Shores of Panama lagoon-style pool and the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for enjoying coffee, breakfast, or cocktails. Sip a refreshing drink from the nearby Tiki Bar and immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of the waves, fountains, and waterfalls. Stroll along the soft sugar-sand beach, take a swim in the pristine emerald waters of the Gulf, or relax in the expansive lagoon-style pool. Great condo with amazing view

The condo was perfect for us. Kitchen had what I needed for basic meals, the condo felt homey, and the view from the balcony/living room was amazing. The commute to the beach sometimes took awhile due to the business of the elevator and traveling from the 19th floor, but it didn't impact our stay negatively. The view and the corner condo were worth it.

Long elevator wait

The condo was exactly as described and very nice. Access to the beach was awesome as well. The down fall was long elevator wait times crazy parking garage and wrist bands that did not work correctly. I would recommend to get close to ground floor as possible.

Nice beach front condo

The condo was clean, everything was in great condition. The beach views are amazing! The location is great, right on the beach!! Also walking distance to several restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great time!

Beautiful!

Beautiful home, Beautiful view, very responsive host(s). This home was everything and more for a get away. The wrap around was nice, the beach view is stunning. We even seen a stingray out there. The only thing it described that wasn't to it fullest, was the beach chairs and umbrellas. Not a big deal for us, as we were on our beach once. Traveling to St. Andrew's for the Jetties and Shell Island are close and convenient, so that's where we spent our time. Pineapple Willy's is right there in walking distance with great food and drinks. Price is a little high, but because we split it with another couple we spent a little more. I would not spend this for my family of only 4 of us.

Great stay

Couldn't beat the view. Condo was very clean and even had chairs and umbrellas for the beach. 100%satisfied. Only thing was not told about the $500 deposit before booking and being refunded to too ling.

Amazing Condo!!!!

The views are absolutely AMAZING! Overlooking the ocean from the 19th floor is beautiful as the sun rises and sets will be breath taking. Fully supplied kitchen and a nice surprise was a closet full of beach chairs, umbrella and kids toys. Farah was super quick with responses to questions and this is a must stay!

Amazing Condo With Incredible View

We have been vacationing in PCB twice a year for the past decade and this condo is our all time favorite!!! Roomy, modern, great decor, and exceptionally clean!! The view is stunning!!! Everything you need for your stay is provided and even more!!! Host and management are helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to contact for support or questions!!! Great pool and beach access!

cozy spot with a beautiful view

1929 had everything we needed, the two king-bed suites were perfect for our month-long stay. We cooked most evenings and enjoyed the view of the sunset. The beach and pool are both wonderful and we loved being able to go all the time. Most things you could want are walkable. The property is well-maintained and the staff is so kind. I felt it was a very good experience for the price.

Great stay at SoP

PROS: We had a great stay. Our condo was perfect - very clean, beautiful decor, very comfy beds, wrap around balcony. The condo property has a great pool area, access to beach. We were well pleased. CONS: Elevators were a good wait and very hot. Partying teens every night but we were so tired, it didn't bother us.

Nice Experience!

(1929) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our room was very clean! The view was phenomenal especially in the mornings! Everything we needed was provided other than our own personal effects. The experience was comfortable from start to finish. Having a nice person like (Farah) as our liaison, made our trip one of the best. I would recommend this to anyone!

Super clean condo!

Condo was amazing! It was the CLEANEST unit we’ve rented in years. It was obvious the cleanliness of this unit has been well maintained over the length of ownership. The bathrooms, kitchen, & floors were spotless. The towels & linens weren’t just clean. They had a great detergent-fresh scent. The baseboards were even dust free! All other aspects of the condo were represented well in the photos. There is one exception, though! -The wrap around balcony. No photo could accurately capture the benefit of having beautiful views of BOTH the lagoon pool area AND the beach! - Gorgeous! I have no reservation whatsoever in recommending this condo. We will definitely be back!

The room was very well appointed with comfortable furnishings and beds. The twin bunk space even had a sliding barn door for privacy which was great for our teen daughter. View was gorgeous from the 19th floor. It was great to have gate access code and door lock code. Loved our room. The biggest thing that affected our spring break trip was a large crowd of teens who gathered daily and made lots of noise and left trash on the beach. Police came to dispel them daily a few times a day. But we walked to a place further down the beach which was fine. Pool was crowded so go early if you want a spot. We did not use other amenities. Also, it was wonderful to have a washer and dryer. The condo complex is right in the middle of the action and within walking distance to Walmart. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

What’s view

This is a beautiful unit on the gulf side with a corner view. Being that we could see the gulf and also see the gulf the west with a wraparound balcony. The interior of the unit is gorgeous. Be forewarned that this unit has a long walk from elevator to front door. If you are with someone with mobility issues, it could be a problem. My mother has a bad hip. By the time we would get to the front door, she had to sit and rest. But hey…that view is worth it!!! My only complaint would be the reserved parking spot. There are two reserved parking spots in between concrete pillars. One is for this unit and the other is for another. Due to the concrete pillars, you really cannot have a large vehicle in either spot or you just can’t get out. When we first arrived, another large vehicle was already there; you cannot park if you want to open up the vehicle doors. This would be my only complaint. But it is resolved by taking a yellow spot, which are the non-reserved spaces. And there are plenty of those. We chose to go on the 12th floor, which is the very top. The layout is better due to no pillars; hence, a spaces were a little bit wider. We had a rental vehicle and ended up with a full size SUV, even though we owe me requested a midsize.
